All the members are supercool, one of the nicest death/thrash/etc metal bands I've met. I love that Ryan's classically trained but prefers speed metal for the challenge.

What I found funny was that the day after the shoot, Halestorm played the HOB, while Landmine Marathon played some kides garage or something. Where Grace broke her nose. I say she really is a warrior . To be in a photoshoot for a mainstream mag and then play some kids place, that's really keeping it real. Grace and the boys got my support.

amen, i used to read it when i didnt know any better but they know nothing about true metal, its all emo and watered down metalcore. i stopped subscribing a few years ago but for some reason they keep sending it without me paying lol so when i got this issue i checked out landmine marathon expecting some gay nu-metal or deathcore band, but they're actually fuckin killer
