She is an amazing person as well as an actress and when asked if she could change anything about her life she says no.Deaf people don't view being Deaf as handicap. In actuality she can feel the beat of the piano and feel the music. She hears it just in a different way. I've been studying Deaf Culture for the past year and half and the best thing to do is learn about it and understand it. They're not looking for sympathy.
