Not if you make the virus maker yourself :p.
I have created a tutorial on how to create a program identical to the one on this vid. That way you learn two programming languages:-
- Batch code
- Visual Basic.Net
This video was only created for users to identify what the end product could look like. This may then give them the motivation to create their own.

Dude, not trying to be rude but, thats all YOUR batch virus maker does is make a batch file that either:-
1. makes a loop that opens up cmd windows.
2. makes a loop that creates directories (most probably using %random%)
3. makes a loop that creates user accounts
4. makes a loop that deletes user accounts
5. changes the user password
All these are not difficult at all to create. Within my batch virus maker, you have the option to include vbs code within the created batch file.

My batch virus creater also includes options to:-
- Copy to Startup
- Spread to USB (which also automatically creates an autorun file for it to execute when the USB is inserted into a computer)
- Change windows time
- Disable firewall
- Disable user interface
and
- Swap user mouse buttons
So therefore I don't really think your batch virus maker is better than mine. :/
