same thing happened to brightlite's. we opened it up and we couldnt find the problem

i figured it out. there's a little hole on the top of the shooting chamber once you open the magstrike up. When you seal it with whatever, you can use it normally. I did not do that though. i just placed my hand on the top. It's like a little safety :D anyways, keep making vids! youre good. :P
