Why sometimes do I see Amharic written as numbers in small boxes???? Like this

Is this Amharic??? Or a different Ethiopian dialect? I do not see it as often but whenever I see it Written sites claim it is Amharic too, I really love the look of it and I would love to know what it is called when you write Amharic in this way and how could I learn this???

Why then the two groups calling his name(in these) could not tie and liberate the devils at the same rate? Why do I many times watch on vidoes and see by my eyes that people with evil spirits call the name Jesus and say that they are calling thier Jesus who lives in the dark(underworld)?
