Its watching these videos that keeps me inspired on picking up the guitar, even thou i have only just started im trying hard to self teach with a view to maybe getting some lesson in the winter. I commented on "Just Getting Older" about 5 mins ago. This is phenomenal all over the place. Your hammer on's in the pre-chorus have given ma new direction to take this song in.
*I'm sure you know this but Some Might Say was the first single released from WTSMG although Roll With It was the single released the same day as Blur.

Actually, Some Might Say was recorded closer to the Definitely Maybe sessions and ended up being a bridging single (with Acquiesce on the B side) in between the two albums, although it did later appear on WTSMG. It still baffles me why they chose Roll With It though to introduce the album when they had such a massive arsenal of brilliant songs which doubtlessly would have obliterated anything Blur could possibly serve up. Country House??? FFS - what a load of shite
