When you were checking the carpet for moisture it sounded like glue down carpet when you inserted the carpet sensor. If true, why didn't you just wand it?
i remove and replace all effected pad treat the sub floor with oder barrier its kinda like a glue based enzyme i also clean the backing of the carpet then i treat the front of the carpet with urine stian removal clean the area then use a enzyme deo after
you can use any enzime deodorizer all are good, but I like this enzime the odor last for long time,if you don't have any problems with matrix and milgo keep using it.
I like OSR by proschoice. Because its a powder you can carry alot in the van. Works very similar but you let it soak for a few minutes before using the claw. Never fails. Very good product and economical.

What do you think of Matrix Urine Pre Spray and Milgo? Would the Enzyme you recommend do a better job?

i have seen your carpet repair video. maybe the best way is to git rid of the pad, i have heard of urine getting into the wood sub-floor..
