  • can you program customized sythns in Reason (or any other software) to play back on the microkorg xl?

  • Excellent Demo, To the POINT !!! :)

  • Whats the difference between a microkorg and the XL?

  • can i connect it to audio interface n do recording?

  • where's the review? nice demo though.

  • If u have to choose between Korg R3 and MKXL what's ur choice? And why? I have to buy it but I can't decide wat to choose

  • @TheJHSL they have many things in common, both synths have MMT sound engine. R3 has bigger keys and rotary encoders with personal display that could make easier the editing routines.

  • OMG! the sounds up to 0.50 it reminds me of when I took the hearing test in the military. Dont like those sounds.... :S

    :P

  • @TheNorthCold army is noise

  • lol 1:15-1:120 = Peoples court drum intro thingy

  • Can I connect this to my computer to record it with audcaity via USB?

Also is this better than the microkorg?

One last thing, is this any good for drum and bass, pendulum - enter shikari style stuff, can I make my own original sounds?

  • @andrew3327820: 1) Usb Port is just for recording Midi (No Audio) and for Remote Tweaking using the Editor Software. 2) This is different than microkorg: more poliphony, different audio engine, split and layering option. 3) Bassline timbres can be useful for drumandbass tunes and yes the MK is fully editable for make your own tunes.

  • I wish the vocoder was easier to understand

  • Good stuff

  • One of the best demos on Microkorg Xl
