COULD you say....create an original sythn sound in REASON and save it on the microkorg and play that sound, like have that custom sound and freestyle is on the keyboard when you are playing live (not connected to the computer)???
@TheJHSL they have many things in common, both synths have MMT sound engine. R3 has bigger keys and rotary encoders with personal display that could make easier the editing routines.
@andrew3327820: 1) Usb Port is just for recording Midi (No Audio) and for Remote Tweaking using the Editor Software. 2) This is different than microkorg: more poliphony, different audio engine, split and layering option. 3) Bassline timbres can be useful for drumandbass tunes and yes the MK is fully editable for make your own tunes.

Can I connect this to my computer to record it with audcaity via USB?
Also is this better than the microkorg?
One last thing, is this any good for drum and bass, pendulum - enter shikari style stuff, can I make my own original sounds?
