She's very beautiful you fucks are just so mean. I'd bet miss "sjp=horseface" has a cow face and WISHES she had a defined horse face! blackula I'm talkin about and everyone else.
I Met in an elevator with her husband and she and her husband stared and my friend down with dirty eyes and i said hello and told her i loved sex n the city and she was very rude, didnt even say thank you. i guess there were no camera's around so she didnt have to put a fake act on. she showed who she really is
give her a break, maybe she was having a bad day. black men get bad attitudes from the majority of strangers we meet all day long and you don't hear us complaining, at least not in proportion to how often it happens to us, especially if it was a famous person...
no u guys just think everybody is giving u a hard time, because noone can get over the slavery thing which happened in the 1800's. and none of the people that had slaves are alive today. but seriously blacks cant use racism as their excuse of why someone is rude to a colored person, did u ever think maybe the colored person did something wrong and thats why someone is treating them that way, not because their racist. the racist excuse is overrated,
White people also get treated wrong also, but we dont blame it on their racist against white people. i think america has come a long way with racism and i think blacks need to stop using the slavery thing, for the most part whites and blacks are treated equal now. and im just sick of hearing the slavery stuff because it happened soooo long ago. I am not racist at all so i dont want anyone to get the wrong idea, buts that my outlook on the matter
Segregation only ended a little over 40 years ago. Ever heard of a little thing called Jim Crow. The fact that the government and society forced economic inequality between blacks and whites for over 350 years of this country's history by law, and almost de facto for the past 40 years, means that blacks are still in a very economically subordinate position in today's society. And social psychology studies such as the Harvard Implicit Association Test and Jennifer Eberhardt's study proves that
proves that most people have condescending, superior, all-around negative attitudes towards black people which makes it difficult for us, almost by default, in every avenue of life that requires participation in society...housing, education, law, medicine, business, the list goes on. I'm most certain you would not want to wake up as a black woman tomorrow because, no matter how much you want to deny it, you know that America is still very fucked up for black people.
Black people still live under a police state that whites are completely oblivious to. Black people don't have any wealth or assets compared to white people, even the black middle class. Black people have to contend with automatic racism everyday, not just outward bigots but strangers (store clerks, customers, random people on the street) who consistently treat you in an inferior manner. Black people have to deal with work environments where they are never presumed to be intelligent, competent
intelligent, competent, or trustworthy for the job (oh, s/he's the affirmative action hire). Blacks are excluded from social circles wherein most of the wealth and knowledge and resources are shared, social groups that are a continuum from forced segregation from a mere 40 years ago. The media affirms your existence everyday and blacks are still forced to play subordinate "black best friend" roles. Being black in America is mentally and physically draining and economically limiting.
But worst of all is white people who will lecture blacks about their own existence and experiences. This is the ultimate assertion of ownership and authority.
there can't be assertion where there is NO ownership. YOU have get out of that mentality they forced you with 20 or so years ago. The damage is done, YOU have to correct it. Look at how you're talking "assertion", YOU are giving them ownership they don't have it!!!
that's a hell of alotta reading my friend, I was replying at the gist of it, the part where u said 'ownership' and blaming it all on whites. Just saying that although THEY DID the damage it's not up to them to fix it. they can't. YOU fix it. Did u even get that?
"soooo long ago"?!??! what world do u live in, cuz in america it JUST ended LESS THAN HALF A CENTURY AGO. that's, in less than around 50 yrs or so. I'm not black and I'm so sick about whites being "so sick of the racist card". Of course u don't like hearing about what your ANCESTORS DID. Well ever heard of freedom of speech? It happened, blacks can bring it up to their heart's content. IT HAPPENED, VERY VERY HAPPENED. THE WHOLE WORLD KNOWS IT. WITNESSES IT.
