@MajorPwnage96 saw these guys twice in concert......pulse and delicate sound of thunder they were awesome. If you really dig floyd..which I'm sure that you do....check out the book "Mind over Matter the images of Pink Floyd" by Storm Thorgerson. He's the mastermind behind all of the great artwork for the Floyd albums and for box sets as well. He also done some mind blowing artwork for other groups as well. But when floyd comes out with the "remasters" box sets, etc. the band goes to him .
You don't often hear people bend base chords. That's cool. There's a bending walk up then a chord with a little ghost bend release, or vibrato, then slide down at: 3:56. The chord is at 3:56.
That's one of the things I like best about Rodger Waters. He's a tripped out as base player, and he sings while doing it.
@wrcmr I really fucking hate to burth your bubble bro.
David Gilmour plays the bass on this song, and any bass solo on Pink Floyd song. Waters did not play this, nor did he play it live. Gilmour was actually t5he better bass player, and both bandmates have admitted this.
@TheElusiveBirdMan You didn't have to burth my bubble about it. I don't care who did what it's the base line I like. I never realized Gilmore played base. I thought he was strictly guitar and vocals
The base lines on this one are wonderful! Weird, but that's what makes a good base line. Some weird stuff that doesn't even look musically correct! :)
@hellguard2002 Yes, this is a very harmonious song. Also, You don't often hear people bend base chords. That's cool. There's a bending walk up then a chord with a little ghost bend release, or vibrato, then slide down at: 3:56. The chord is at 3:56.

in my top 3 fav pink floyd songs ever and this is a great live version of an amazing song

this live version rivals the studio version. dave's sound is so intense. sounds like he really beefed it up with chorus and compressors and such....

@aaajen No, if someone says this song sucks, they have a big gaping vagina. (No offense to all the girls, I don't mean any disrespect.)
