It's education along with health services are completely free of charge. Venezuela, I can't speak of it, I dont know much of it.

@BrotherPass i meant, Yuri Gagarin have travel to space 50 years ago but we malaysians only could travel to space 2 years ago in 2009..don't get me wrong..
