I love the Browns and like SI said they have a future..later. So something to look forward to. I am from Canada but back in the eighties I loved Brian Sipe and the Cardiac Kids. And later Kosar. One thing to point out. The browns have 8 titles you have 5. Where did Chuck Noll learn his coaching schemes? From his playing days with the Cleveland Browns. Where did Bill Cowher got his knowlege for shut down defenses? From the dawg defense of the Browns in the 1980s. Steeler Nation should be thankful for the browns. Without the browns the Steelers would still be losing and without an championship OR playoff apearance. Nuff said.

Pittsburgh won not based on talent but by the lack of effort and energy on the Offensive side of the ball.. Frye is terrible, makes bad decisions and will never start again in the league. Theres only so much a D can do when the other team is starting at your 20 3 straight possesions and your Offense cant get a first down. things change this week, count on a Quinn start and the Browns tearing up that miserable Bungals D.

rocketboy, easy on gary although his opinion may be off kilter, your post is off on one point. Yes, the steelers, bengals, and ravens are competitive and the AFC north is tough. But the rich Browns history you speak of belongs to the franchise that moved and became the Ravens in 1996. The current Browns are an expansion team formed in 1999.
