Classic Passions! I remember the first time I saw on this when the episode aired, I was eating lunch and I almost choked, lol that's how sudden and funny it was.

The randomness at times like this was what was great about this show.

Did you know that there is only one collection of all the episodes of Passions on DVD? Trasey Ross, who played Eve Russell on the show said that after the Passions warehouse auction she went back to her room to collect what was left of her personal belongings when she saw that they were going to throw away the DVD's entire series!? AS far as soaps go it hasn't been running that long. For instance 'Cheers,' lasted much longer didn't it. Although i'm not sure whether that qualifies as a soap. My favourite American drama / comedy programme is Frasier - oh i ♥ it !!

For a 9 year old soap, it has lasted a very long time. The soap age is diminishing here in North America and a lot of soaps are getting cancelled. Passions was the longest running daytime soap opera of the new millenium..which is a great mile stone. :) You'll see: If the re-runs start in U.K, you will love the soap.
