@FrozenSintez it was runescape back in 2008, I believe they done a 3d graphics update since then. after reading up it even created a new way to play the game, such as training combat in f2p while keeping the level low by not training hp.

Do you get any xp from doing the jobs? and can you use the xp lamps on any skill? i have an f2p skiller/summon pure and i could use all the xp lamps for summoning before i go fight for the charms.

@Supercockroach1 since could only be done once per hour of play, it was useful to do after training combat and needing to repot. 99 def in f2p goes a long way.

The tutors are gone but there is still 1 NPC that gives jobs: Donie. She wanders all over lumby, so she can be hard to find at times. She gives some tasks that involve killing low-level monsters, so it's not ideal for 10hp pures (although still viable. Just ask for a new task).

You're method is also a bit slow. As soon as the job giver names the item, stop talking to her. Just click your notes and use it on her. Instead of going through all the extra dialoge.

if you train on roaches long enough, you'll easily get several hundred rune scimmies and rune square shields.

 Lots of f2pers choose lesser demons for some silly rune med helm or afk the spiders in SOS, but the money is in fighting the roaches.

it is much faster to level on members servers,and in the case of prayer, a lot cheaper too. F2P don't have access to good xp in prayer or runecrafting; i pretty much stopped playing since they uped the trade limit a bit so maybe 8x air runs can be done now.

but the reason i stopped was to get the funding for say prayer, I was spending all my time killing spiders near the runite ore and mining it; boring and those stupid revenants. Got boring, tried ms. I log into rs once in a rare while.

It's 25 times your lvl. So if you have lvl 80 runecrafting you would get (80*25) 2000 rc xp. Only 6 jobs per playing hour, 15 jobs=lamp. So a genie basically for every hour you play.

Members may not see much use for this, but f2pers should with rcing and prayer. I personally stopped using balls of wool for this, and use leather gloves and boots now.
