AMTRAK balks at 'em 'cos they're so heavy.
They're restricted to 70 on the NEC and 80 on the CL.

Amtrak wouldnt know rail operations from a dog's balls.
On my line we should have the 4100's and 4113 on the Atlantic City Line.

We should, but we don't. This is the same reason why PL42s don't run down here too often except in freak cases.
