it's mind over matter. if you believe it will work, it will. if you dont think it will work, it wont. your brother was probably very skeptical and/or the hypnotist sucked. most people can be hypnotized, then again, there are some people it will never work for.

I think they smoke every once in awhile because there were pics of them smoking on their wedding day; it could have been a one time thing due to stress or something, for now, no one knows sure except them.

I bought the book but haven't finished reading it. Whether you believ in hypnotism or not, I agree it is easier to think of a positive image whenever the craving kicks in.
