It broke my heart the series stopped at season 2, look, if you guys really had gave it a try you will know what you've shutdown here, a quiet decent peice of collection that expands the story, giving us more taste from this classic world for cyborgs, this really could have been a larger work of fantasy for us fans. I've ignored the whole series for a year and when I finally picked it up, it's pretty dead, if you liked it, you would come back to rewatch it and feel pity for how shortly it lived
They should have made this show similar to the Stargate series, or Star Trek, where it cuts out all the drama and you end up with nothing but fun sci-fi, action that can entertain millions of fans, Stargate SG-1 alone had over 200 episodes, and a television series running to this day, and it is a fun show to watch that kept true to the Stargate franchise and its fans..

Our goal is to fund the return of the mobile billboard to circle the convention area on the busiest days of the con and to fund promotional giveaways to distribute with our message.
It was shit. Didn't ever see the first two movies. What the hell did this have to offer? It was cleaned up for tv, if HBO or had made it, they would have kept the violence level up. The swearing up and the death rate. Otherwise what's the point? Yeah we get it's about John and Sarah's relationship, but they've got Terminators on their ass that WILL NOT STOP. I thought it would get better, but it got steadily worse. Good call to cancel it rather than waste more dosh.
If you haven't watched 1 & 2 you cant even talk about Terminator. And blood and swearing dose not make good tv Terminator 3 and 4 barely had any violence and they are still good

The biggest mistake of Terminator 3 was killing Sarah. That's because Linda Hamilton was depressed and taking remedies, so she couldn't be in the third movie... Sarah Connor is the must wanted and popular character, even more than John and the T-101.
@BrunoOliveira20 actually linda hamilton was going to be in the third one but the original screenplay said that they were gonna kill off her character and John and Kate wouldnt spend time to mourn her death. Linda didn't want to play a role where she dies and there is little to none impact

looks pretty cool, IF terminators could chase this time someone else than connors family because if this is about again connors then the timeline story would be fucked up and everything will be dirty shit.
Terminator is a franchise that should have ended with T2 if James Cameron didn't want to take it further. This feels more tacked on than the third film and has (hopefully) killed off the prospect of a dire fourth feature with an entirely different cast.
No it just that she do not look believable enough to be Terminator. For example Kristanna Loken on Terminator 3 look really rough and this girl look nice even when she try to be rough.
I agree though - pretty much all the Terminators look like they're acting like a Terminator, as opposed to just BEING a killing machine. I still love the show, but this needs to be addressed in the next season.

sarah conner chronicals sucks, the entire thing is a massive plot hole. none of the characters can play the roles, person who plays sarah isn't strong enough and doesn't have the hidden misery. the dude who plays john is suck a wimpy get you just want to kick him. and the new lady terminator can't play a terminator to save her life. since when can a terminator do ninja? if she was the same model as arnold why isn't she big and chunky?

it's not the writers strike, the season was written before the strike. it's just cashing in. you just said it was entertaiment. the 1st 2 terminators were not just entertaiment, they had a great deal of intellegence put into them. things like a terminator doing ninja is such a blunder because a big part of the terminator is that they just whack you. something like that has nothing to do with writers stike. their just counting on nobrained idiots like yourself who just watch it for entertaiment.
she is the same model, she said she came back from 2029. thats means shes the same terminator or something not as advanced. seeing that arnold was the best model in 2029 The TX came from 2031. a plot hole.

Then I guess the philosophical themes and elements discussed directly and indirectly in the show are simply waaay over your head. And in reality, Terminator isn't all "guns and explosions" in fact, if you're going to criticize it like that, you might as well say movies like Matrix1,2,3 and Kill Bill 1,2 are shitty movies that have no meaning.
those did have hidden meanings. this show is just doing things that the films had allready done. and its scene are a subtle as michael jackson. look she's doing dance to show shes human like. while arnold had that connection with john and if you watch the matrix and kill bill you would see that about 80% of those films are talking. while this show is to fast paced it doesn't let you breath in the scene. anyway, lets agree to disagree.
she's not the same model terminator....she's another one very close to the TX sens her eye rays are blue instead of Red and when an enemy terminator tries to scane her they can only identify her has an unkown model

It's a different timeline. The writers said that T3 will have NOTHING to do with this series. So up to this point, you have 2 different sequels to T2...T3 and SCC.
but because sarah in T2 'changed the future' IT GOT MOVED TO 2011 john sent Cameron to bring Sarah to 2007 so that she would not die of cancer in 2005
Who cares that a majority of the cast are white, its a shame we still see colour... me being black, I did not notice the colour of the cast.... I am interested in the plot of the show, not the heritage of the cast!!

This is awesome. Found it the other day, it lets you find your mates exact location using ther mobile fone! Did it on my mate the other day when he was in the pub and it came up with the street he was on and everything.

The only error that I can spot is that the evil terminator uses the same skeletal and facial structure as the movie T1; the head should be Arnold you cant have a drastically different face on the same skull.
Most human skulls look alike, but when having a face, most of us look different. Besides, if every terminator looked and sounded the same, it would be too easy to spot them and thus eliminate their purpose of infiltration.
John Conner shouldn't exist anyways. Somewhere down the timeline, there would have to be an alternate timeline where Sarah met a guy (not kyle) , and had John. Then there's the timeline that we know. John in the normal future, sent a war buddy to protect his mother, and thus stopped Sarah from meeting the one guy,and instead Kyle became John's father. Time isn't a toy. One thing could change everything.
Oh, don't go there please. Timetraveling is way to complicated to find any logic in how something could happen in the past because of something that happens in the future...gives me a headache when I think about it.
Anyway, I like the series so far, I only wish they sort of had used to original theme song for the openingcredits like in this video. I think the show has great potential, too bad though that only 9 episodes were completed before the writers guild strike started.
yeah the writers strike is a pain in the neck, i havent looked into it enough to see who is at fault but prison break stopped and i've just started watching this. I think it's all over now so bring on the episodes :D
Prison break won't return untill next season, and I'm afraid the same thing goes for Terminator. As I said before, 9 episodes were completed. It's been confirmed that no new episodes will be made this season. so we only have 3 left :(

1:26 length was the classic old school opener title sequence. You should have added the black cop, the evil Terminator, and a handful of others to keep the pacing high.
This show totally contradicts T3... I mean granted yes, T3 contradicted T1 and T2, but still.. At least back to the future contradicted themselves in a comedic way.. a paradox in the space time continuem.
The show takes place after the events of T2, it's supposed to contradict T3. The producers have even said as much, this follows T1 and T2, but disregards T3.

Yeah, to be honest this looks rubbish. I'm a total fan of the Termie series, T2 is best of all time so far... but this series looks worse than T3 (which wasn't so bad, I guess with all the CG and that...). I was looking forward to seeing this series so much, now I'm really disappointed :(. I'm now worried T4 may be just as bad...

Summer Glau is without a doubt a very attractive woman, but putting an attractive woman into a pile or steaming crap does not suddenly change it into Caviar... (at least for the most of us)
I can understand that in any new show (or any show in general), there's a group that doesn't like it. But....most people I talk to in many different boards like it. Some love it already
love it or hate it, its up to you. but this sequel disrespects the integrity of the original Terminator franchise of T1 and T2, there isn't suppose to be any more terminators. Terminator 2 has sealed the story with the testiment that actions overrule fate... But terminator 3 and everyone else that came after it is a contradiction to the very theme of Terminator 2.
This show would've earned much higher merit if it had an original title, instead of trying to squeeze the money out of another succesful but finished franchise. The number 1 rule of a sequel is to never disrespect or contradict the themes of it's predecessor.
smallville did the same thing and it is on its 7th season and counting.
Batman Begins contradicts some of the other movies and it ended up being one of the best Batman movies there is

I haven't seen smallville, but imho, Batman Begin isn't a sequel, its a reboot, and mainly because what joel schumacher did to the franchise was contradicting enough to the batman we know and love... and was begging for a remake. I don't think Terminator 2 is exactly as bad as Batman & Robin, but if that's what people think then perhaps I'm alone on this...
Smallville contradicts a number of things with the Superman Mythology but still remained to be a very successive show. As for Batman Begins, you can't really call it a sequel since Bruce wasn't Batman yet at the beginning of the movie. More like a reboot (like you said). Joel didn't contradict the franchise....he literally butchered and pissed on the franchise.

How could it have ended with T2 ? reece was johns father, he was from the future,if judgment day never happend then reece wouldnt have came back to protect sarah because the machines wouldnt have existed and john would never have existed

What's up with the lack of Terminator Music in the show ? It's like they keep using "Sorta-kinda" Terminator Music, but don't play the actual theme. The theme is an essential part of the Terminator formula.

Yeah he must be pissed. And by the way: We know from T3 that John Connor will survive and Sarah died of leukemia in 1997. No terminator will kill them. So the plot can't be very suspense-packed...

And in reality, Terminator isn't all "guns and explosions" in fact, if you're going to criticize it like that, you might as well say movies like Matrix1,2,3 and Kill Bill 1,2 are shitty movies that have no meaning.

those did have hidden meanings. this show is just doing things that the films had allready done. and its scene are a subtle as michael jackson. look she's doing dance to show shes human like. while arnold had that connection with john and if you watch the matrix and kill bill you would see that about 80% of those films are talking. while this show is to fast paced it doesn't let you breath in the scene. anyway, lets agree to disagree.

she's not the same model terminator....she's another one very close to the TX sens her eye rays are blue instead of Red and when an enemy terminator tries to scane her they can only identify her has an unkown model

Just cause they are from the same year does not mean they have to be the same model remember the timeline was changed when sarah blew up the robotics plant in T2.. thats also the reason why judgement day was now in 2011...

It's a different timeline. The writers said that T3 will have NOTHING to do with this series. So up to this point, you have 2 different sequels to T2...T3 and SCC.

Judgment day was originally august 7th 1997
but because sarah in T2 'changed the future' IT GOT MOVED TO 2011 john sent Cameron to bring Sarah to 2007 so that she would not die of cancer in 2005

The only error that I can spot is that the evil terminator uses the same skeletal and facial structure as the movie T1; the head should be Arnold you cant have a drastically different face on the same skull.

Most human skulls look alike, but when having a face, most of us look different. Besides, if every terminator looked and sounded the same, it would be too easy to spot them and thus eliminate their purpose of infiltration.

John Conner shouldn't exist anyways. Somewhere down the timeline, there would have to be an alternate timeline where Sarah met a guy (not kyle) , and had John. Then there's the timeline that we know. John in the normal future, sent a war buddy to protect his mother, and thus stopped Sarah from meeting the one guy,and instead Kyle became John's father. Time isn't a toy. One thing could change everything.

Oh, don't go there please. Timetraveling is way to complicated to find any logic in how something could happen in the past because of something that happens in the future...gives me a headache when I think about it.
Anyway, I like the series so far, I only wish they sort of had used to original theme song for the openingcredits like in this video. I think the show has great potential, too bad though that only 9 episodes were completed before the writers guild strike started.

yeah the writers strike is a pain in the neck, i havent looked into it enough to see who is at fault but prison break stopped and i've just started watching this. I think it's all over now so bring on the episodes :D

Prison break won't return untill next season, and I'm afraid the same thing goes for Terminator. As I said before, 9 episodes were completed. It's been confirmed that no new episodes will be made this season. so we only have 3 left :(

1:26 length was the classic old school opener title sequence. You should have added the black cop, the evil Terminator, and a handful of others to keep the pacing high.

The show takes place after the events of T2, it's supposed to contradict T3. The producers have even said as much, this follows T1 and T2, but disregards T3.

love it or hate it, its up to you. but this sequel disrespects the integrity of the original Terminator franchise of T1 and T2, there isn't suppose to be any more terminators. Terminator 2 has sealed the story with the testiment that actions overrule fate... But terminator 3 and everyone else that came after it is a contradiction to the very theme of Terminator 2.

Batman Begins contradicts some of the other movies and it ended up being one of the best Batman movies there is

I haven't seen smallville, but imho, Batman Begin isn't a sequel, its a reboot, and mainly because what joel schumacher did to the franchise was contradicting enough to the batman we know and love... and was begging for a remake. I don't think Terminator 2 is exactly as bad as Batman & Robin, but if that's what people think then perhaps I'm alone on this...

Smallville contradicts a number of things with the Superman Mythology but still remained to be a very successive show. As for Batman Begins, you can't really call it a sequel since Bruce wasn't Batman yet at the beginning of the movie. More like a reboot (like you said). Joel didn't contradict the franchise....he literally butchered and pissed on the franchise.
