Thanks Alvin, I've dug up another history. You are doing us and The Stylers a great service. Let me host you in Taiwan if you happen to call by. I return to S'pore once a while to attend assignments in Court. My contact is :bernarddeng123@yahoo.com.tw
Randy, glad to finally get in touch with someone from the band I used to idolize. I will post more of Stylers' musics played by Stylers if I could get hold of the CDs. In fact I saw some when I was at the flea market next to that popular market along Sago Lane in China Town. I could still recall those nice musics recorded by Stylers. They brought back many wonderful memories. Has Stylers disbanded? Where are the members now? Are you residing in Indonesia now?
By the way how should I address you and do you mind to forwarding to me your email address.
Yes at present I'm residing at Jakarta with my family, (will discuss my assignment in privacy via email), John Teo and Douglas Tan are still in the recording business, as for Robert Song and Alvin Wong, they've left Stylers in the early 80's, but sad to say not long after his departure Alvin passed away, due to heart failure, as for Robert he migrated to Manila.
Hi EHT123 just to let you know, the Stylers from left to right John Teo(lead guitar) Alvin Wong (drummer) Robert Song (percussionist) Douglas Tan (Bassist) and Randy Lee (Rythm guitar). Wonder how you still can manage to get so many of Stylers past albums. You're doing a great service to all those Stylers fans. Thanks for the memory.
Stylers was my favorite band. It made beautiful musics and many singers supported by it became well known and famous, because of this band. Your ID is close to the name of the rythm guitarist. Are you Randy Lee himself?
Alamak. Those days, obeat is the in thing. Very obiang man.
