there is not an uproar with Canadian trucks being on the road because Canada is not a screwed up country like Mexico. The problems in Canada doesn't spill over into this country.Canadians don't come here and leach onto our social services. Canadians don't come here and have babies unlike Mexicans who know that they can get away it and not pay a cent.I am for North American Union as long as Mexico is not in it.

Yes, that is exactly right. Mexican trucks can now transport thier goods to anywhere in the US without having to hire a US trucking company. The US truck co. can take thier goods anywhere into Mexico without having to hire a mexican trucking company.

The loosing money comes in because Mexican trucking is cheaper and many american companies will continue to have the loads switched to mexican trucks after they get south of the border.

And that figure comes from the Justice Dept., not some senator who could never cite an exact document as to where his stats come from.

The difference being that U.S. companies pay living wages and don't answer to the corrupt Mexican government. The U.S. doesn't "look down" on anybody. At the same time, we can't be the welfare state of the world and place on the back of the U.S. tax payers the burden of other nations who are corrupt and incapable of self reliance.
