However the Rwandan flag's sun has fewer points of light than the Kazakh's. Part of the green and yellow stripes of the Rwandan flag are also visible on the flag behind the President. Kagame led a rebel Tutsi group against the Hutu government. The Hutu president is shot down, and the genocide begins. If you see records, the government planned to have a genocide against Tutsis. To say he was responsible is wrong, he helped overthrow a government who brainwashed the society to kill their neighbors if they were Tutsi.
