the easiest way to do it, is to have camtasia running while your freestylin then go through and cut it all down then add some commentry to go with what your doing, the reason I advice camtasia is just the overall outcome is something which you'd be happy with at the end of the day, where there are other screen capture stuff that you may get a little frustrated with due to the limitations that you'll encountrer, just think about it :-)
I do have a screen recorder...but i need all the power i can get to make these vids....more effects the long it takes to process....den plus i'll have 2 go bac to and edit that video also....i think i'll do better by jus giving the veg file and let people observe my setting. :)
