Carrie and Beyonce can hit higher chest notes than Christina, too. In pure chest, Christina can really only get away with an E5, which sounds like she's really pushing herself to reach; that's why the quality is very scratchy and harsh, and she can't sustain the note with vibrato. Above E, and ESPECIALLY above F, her voice loses that thick, chesty, "powerhouse" sound, and she isn't able to sustain the notes. They're little nano-second exclamations, practically...

Nah, when Jessica first came out, she MURDERED Christina. Christina would have died if she so much as even ATTEMPTED the bridge of Jessica's song "I Wanna Love You Forever"...the chest range in that song is way too high for Christina, she'd have to break in falsetto, which is what she primarily uses to reach "high" notes.

To be completely and respectfully honest with you, it doesn't really matter what you "think." This is all a matter of factual evidence. Christina has a LIMITED upper chest range, especially in comparison to Jessica. Christina's "high notes" in "Lady Marmalade" were actually mixed, head-driven belts which were texturized and compressed in the studio to give them more of a "chesty" edge....but she dodges those notes live, and when she attempts them, her voice sounds EXTREMELY small.
