about the absence of china, india etc: it's a bit strange, but remember the generals tell you that you're in command of the north-west area of the world, so obviously something is happening in those countries as well, yet i would have liked to see china in the game.

anyone noticed that at 0:52 some countries (as italy and france) have different borders?

@TBStudios91 Yes. I have noticed too =) As you see, Germany has the same border like the 'Deutsche Kaiserreich' (German Empire under the reign of Eperor Wilhelm I+II(Kaiser Wilhelm I+II)) and Austria is a part of it.

@RenkeFromCoast sorry to correct you. that are not the pre-1918 borders, that are the borders of 1940, with Austria, western Poland, the Benelux states and northern France beeing occupied by Germany. Seems like many game companies doesn´t really care about accuracy, like Westwwod in Red Alert 1. There was nearly the same mistake.

O.K, I'm sorry for saying piss off, but seriously its not that obvious. The UK and Ireland in the story were neutral yet they are highlighted as members on the EF map at 0:58 while Romania and a few other Eastern European countries weren't highlighted when they are EU countries, so the map here is slightly bugged. Also, the game doesn't really say what happened to Romania so I was guessing that they had joined with the EF since they are in the EU now if you know what I mean.

And yeah, I know it shows that Eastern Europe in the game is under Russian control at the beginning of the game (Prelude To War), but thats pretty bugged aswell because Poland in Prelude To War is shown as a Russian when that is an EF country at the beginning.
