ehh, it takes like 1 minute to get up there, and they hold you in the air.. for around 10 seconds? sometimes they mess with the amount of time, so you don't know whats comin.

I did drop my camera- this very camera, a year later, this summer on the XLC. I was viodeotaping at the time. The tape goes... BLACK. I just haven't had a chance to upload it. (And the camera was promptly replaced.)

i tried to record this with a kodak easyshare v610. Alot smaller than yours i believe but i still got busted and because of me everyone who go on the ride from that point on in the day had to do the "hand check". Oh well.

They did the "hand check" ("Everyone show us your palms!") on me too. I always start the ride with the camera in my pocket, then I pull it out when we take off. Usually (but not on this ride) I have time to get it *back* in my pocket before we pull back into the station... Shhhh... (also always wear the hand strap)

the giant drop in australia is way better it 40 stories high and they leave you at the top for atleast a minute and you fall into a little room and on the side of the tower is another ride called the tower of terror it's like superman the escape its way better
