Since this version is clearly a distinct rearrangement it is not considered copyright infringement. Besides, this is an awesome cover of the song (in my opinion). The top rated comment has nothing to do with the legality of this cover.

Just noticed that his songs are also on iTunes which would more than likely means he is registered with the PRS which means for every song sold, Killers receive a cut. So in effect, removing this video would more than likely work against the songwriter.
