@nickloveskangin I'm honestly a bit poor at lol, boiling is fine (I may remake this video, none of it was well done... maybe I will teah about placing boiling water over the shell to kill salmonella and washing it) i didn't do that in this :/ ...
you should try using steamed rice. It would would work a lot better since its dryer than your porridge looking rice. Plus you add the soy sauce after the egg is mixed into the rice. That is how i eat. The egg will coat the rice better and cook it alot better :)
Ah, this seems to be a botched version of a dish very similar to this! The concept is the same, with cooked rice as a start. However, the "raw" egg doesn't end up raw at all. Use only the egg yolk (separate and toss the white), and stir it in. The rice, assuming it's hot, will actually cook the egg in the bowl. Then typically a little soy, ginger, and sesame seed oil is added to taste. The nori by practice isn't stirred in, use the full sheets and make rolls with the rice-egg-seasoning combo. :)
ya, but the risk is pretty low if they are good eggs and if the person is very healthy.. you more likely to get it if you have a weak immune system ..
you can get decent eggs that have been 'heat treated' or sumthing like that, they are almost imposible to get salminela (how ever its spelt) from them
Interesting...but not something i would eat...my mom always freaks out with raw eggs...it kinda got drilled into me lol

that looks yummy... i wonder if regular rice would work if i steamed it...
stormneko 7 months ago
1. You didn't wash the rice
2. The Volume of water should be equal to the volume of rice, or a bit more....but not too much.
