I got the French Bulldog version and a 3DS last week. I really like how the game looks alot more realistic than the original Nintendogs. There are more advantages to the game than the previous generation.And please, why are you guys complaining about cats? Its not like you have to buy the game or get the cat...And its ironic dogs getting along with cats but believe it or not, it can be true in real life.Nothing wrong with that. Remember its for people who are fans of cats too,and, for any age.

@xxiiROCK They have way more then just 3 colors for each breed. I've got the Shiba Inus, and there are quite a few different reds, blacks, and whites. Dark reds, light reds, yellow reds, some with black muzzles, others with white, and so on. The other breeds come in many different colors and quite a bunch of different markings too. There are a handful of different color patterns to choose from. Still only 3 to choose from at a time, just keep going back to get differnt choices.

@Easlinlove Nintendogs+cats is only for 3DS. Get a used one for a good deal. I bought mine and it was new, but getting a used one is better than nothing! (Although I don't think anyone would ever sell their own 3DS so getting a used one is gonna be hard!)

I think the reason I like Nintendogs so much, is because it isn't cheap qualitiy, and you don't dress up your animals in ridiculous costumes like in the Sims 3 Apartment Pets, or any other game like that. In Nintendogs, you treat them like your own actual dog. I don't know how to explain it

@shihonage You do know they've done that so you can see your pet in 3D. Afterall the selling point of the handheld is 3D graphics >.< Maybe you need to buy yourself a real pet.
