  • @thursdaysrecords1

If this is true, I can't possibly imagine her pain.

  • Alan Keys is an asshole...and anyone who likes him.

  • @maxlimbo007 well said numbnuts

  • @maxlimbo007 Why? Please explain yourself.

  • @maxlimbo007

Yeah, but his argument is tight.

  • @ronin752 Procreation is impossible, in principle, for a man and woman who are impotent, yet Keyes calls this only "incidentally impossible." What is incidental about not being able to have kids when your entire argument is based around being able to have kids? He gives a terrible, irrational argument here. Besides, in reality procreation is not the sole reason for marriage so his whole attempt at an argument is moot. The only smart, reasonable man in this interview is the interviewer.

  • @muphart

between man and woman (whether it is artificial insemenation or sexual intercourse. So his argument is valid. This is why Obama countered the argument by stating that the argument is wrong. Logic is a tool to arrive at truth, and not truth itself. You can have a perfectly logical argument that is not true. Truth and validity are not the same thing.

  • @ronin752

    Exactly.

  • Alan is too smart for is own good. I love this guy but holy shit, he just explained the philosophical and historical relevance and reason of marriage in less than 5 minutes. Alan.. you rock and are scary smart!

  • marriage is a mutual commitment to care for and love each other for ever

  • What is Keyes talking about?

OF COURSE "marriage can be understood, in principle, apart from procreation." Procreation isn't a requirement of married people, nor must a couple marry in order to procreate.

Marriage is, first and foremost, a legal contract, and in no way does a couple's ability or desire to have children have any bearing on that contract.

  • @ClumsyRoot Your perception of what Keyes is saying is askew, as is your understanding of marriage. Historically, marriage exists to provide a stable environment for the raising of children. It is so that no matter what, children will have a family structure to take care of them (we can see how important this really is by looking around today at the effects high divorce rates have on children and thus society). If a "couple" cannot, in principle, have children, then marriage is not possible.

  • @zildjianbronze

Of course "marriage exists to provide a stable environment for the raising of children." But it is not LIMITED to such arrangements, as it also joins together people who have no desire or intention to have kids.

I'm sorry, but this whole "in principle" argument is a ruse. Again, there is nothing in the LEGAL definition of marriage that implies that the participants must be able to have children--either in practice OR in principle. Keyes pulls this restriction out of thin air.

  • @ClumsyRoot

Marriage, in the context of the United States, is a legal contract. However, first and foremost, marriage has cross-culturally been understood as a social contract that acknowledges the commitment between men and women. These commitments, whether monogamous or polygamous, are necessary because men and women form families, which are the basis for nations. Marriage outlines a man and woman's obligations to each other and offspring. So the logic is sound.

  • @ronin752

However, I think your statement about the legal contract is the basis for attacking Alan Keyes argument in a rational way. I think the most reasonable way to attack this argument is to state that in a world where the birth rate exceeds the death rate, there needs to be methods of making sure that all children are cared for. Unwanted pregancies are abundant, and there are millions of children without families. In light of this modern problem, it is only reasonable to expand ...

  • @ronin752

    The definition of marriage

  • @ronin752

That argument is internally consistent, philosophically speaking, but in the United States the only relevant issue is whether or not the right of gay people to marry is CONSTITUTIONALLY protected.

  • @ronin752 Marriage is neither necessary to create children or to raise them or to form families. A marriage commitment is not necessary to outline these obligations. So, the logic isn't actually sound.

  • Obama rambling trying to save his WEAK faithless, and cowarding first response... he is not fit to be the President of the US. Would to God Alan Keyes would have been our first black President.

  • Alan Keyes makes Obozo look like the amoral imbecile that he is!!!

  • Damn you Mr. Keyes for losing this one. The fate of the world was in your hands!

  • Marriage is the coming together of two human beings that love each other romantically. THAT is MY definition of marriage.

  • @Kaynahugs Well, my definition of happiness is kicking fools like you in the teeth. Does that make it good, moral, just? I think you can figure that out on your own.

  • @FuzzySlurppy Mister, I'm 12 years old, but I bet you didn't know that right? Yup, cause I'm a total stranger to you and you just exposed me to very REAL and violent thoughts over an opinion I may or may not care about. Please don't reply cause I don't care.

    Sincerly, Kaynahugs.

  • @Kaynahugs oh DANG! I'm sorry, little girl. I assumed anyone watching/commenting on a video of this nature would be able to both infer my point and understand that my comment was a metaphor x)

  • Why is this man not President?

  • brilliant man

  • Obama won, not because he was smarter, but because Keyes is too smart. His language surpasses average voters' mindset in processing information. Whereas Obama was smooth and brought his arguments down to lamens terms, allowing anyone to understand his viewpoint. Obama is clearly not as intelligent, but obviously the voters of Chicago and Illinois did not want the more intelligent Senator.

  • press number 3 many times and look te homosexuality

  • republicans have absolutely nothing right now. nothing. they have failed the American worker. they spent ALL their time figuring out how to enact Christian Terrorism on women needing abortions. they have FAILED national security. they have shown their true "values" by protecting BILLIONAIRES, CORPORATIONS and religious freaks. REPUBLICANS ARE ABOUT TO LOSE EVERY ELECTION FOR THE NEXT 20 YEARS. but you just keep bringing in your nutjobs as candidates. PLEASE. Sharon Angle --- PRICELESS. KeyesLOL

  • Congratulations to the poster of this video. Protect this video and don't allow it to ever be censored. This is how the media operates and God bless Alan Keyes.

  • @MARSSURVIVE1 That's called the face of pwnage

  • Obama is spineless and will do anything for popularity. For instance, the interviewer willfully interrupted and manipulated Obama. On the other hand, Keyes does not let the interviewer manipulate him and he does not let the the man interrupt him at all. No wonder the media hates him. He does not let the media control him at all and Obama does whatever the media wants him to do.

  • 5:08 owned

  • Alan Keyes is an idiot.

  • Let me see. Marriage is always for procreation even when it's not for procreation. Huh?

  • @steveinchelsea u misunderstand

  • @BTeerapongK123 With Alan Keyes you're better of misunderstanding - cause he makes no sense anyway !

  • @steveinchelsea your being irrational, which means there is no reason to try and persuade you to change your mind.

  • About what? I haven't even stated an opinion !

  • @steveinchelsea It's because you don't understand Natural Law. Study ancient philosophers and more recent ones on natural law and of course the Declaration of Independence to get a better understanding first. Our nation is to be guided by natural law rather than the whims of man made laws..... when you get this, you will be what is called "Enlightened". USA, the only nation founded on Natural law.

  • @Superlibertytv As long as it's in accordance with the Constitution - that's fine.

  • Obama looks totally confused LOL

  • Please , black ppl see that Mr Keyes is a great moral man and Mr Obama is not. Why can't ppl see that it is the issues, not the skin color!!!! Alan Keyes in 2012!

  • The people laughing in the background are stupid.

  • At 4:31, Keyes should have said "Hold on, I'm on a roll, excuse me"

  • Keyes is more intelligent than most,or all, of them!!!!!

  • its impossible in principal

  • I GET IT!!!

  • obama is a documented homosexual. obama and Larry Sinclair had an affair, obama also had other affairs with men and boys. Go to: Her Name is Ms Ann. Then: Aaron Klein. Then: James Manning. Then: Phil Berg.

  • Eloquence, thank god does not equate to validity. Keyes is wrong in presupposing the principle definition of marriage. In fact he presupposes what he seeks to prove. Circular logic if you ask me!

  • Obama worships the Rectum over the One True and Living God !

  • @montsyblackmadonna = Racist Pig who wishes all gays be executed.

  • Obama's rebuttal was cut off, so I'll try one.

Alan is right, if we are going to speak of something, we are dealing with language and concepts and how the language is defined is critical to the discussion.

Here's the top definitions of 'marriage', from Princeton University, pretty unbiased authority:

the state of being a married couple voluntarily joined for life (or until divorce); "a long and happy marriage"; "God bless this union"

Gender of the partners is not relevant to the definition.

  • Alan Keyes is a retard who strings big complicated sounding words together to sound smart. If anyone believes from watching this video that he "schooled" Obama on same sex marriage, I recommend watching this debate in its entirety. This video gets cut off just minutes before Obama shows everyone just how illogical Alan Keyes is.

  • Alan Keyes is so smart-Obama can only sit there thinking about his last Gay Experience getting banged in his asp like a bitch by Rom Emanual.

  • Oh my God what a weasel!

  • 4:45

"The only reason it has existed in society and civilizations, was to regulate from a social point of view, the obligations and responsibility attended upon procreation"

Does this mean Alan Keyes is pro gay-marriage if gay-adoption takes place before the marriage?

Would it be okay if one Lesbian is implanted with a child and then marries another Lesbian? Would gay-marriage then be okay?

  • @James92802 Finally, a comment from an intelligent person. And i couldn't agree more with you.

  • KEYES '12

  • Look, I'm not gay, but your asshole insistance of all these not-straight positions always seem to climax with the efforts of men f-ing women with the intent to procure childishness. If god is as smart as you all say he is, he MUST HAVE created gay people just so they wouldn't go forth and procreate. Have any of you seen the news? We're overpopulated. Stop caring so much about the ability of baby-making and, for your sake, care mare about now.

  • @ThePsychedelicMoose

homophobic just because he doesn't believe in gay marriage? So does that mean I'm homophobic too even though I have gay friends? Your reasoning is ridiculous at best.

You should stop putting people in boxes and actually bother to listen to what they are saying before making bigoted statements like that.

  • see obama said this in 2004

  • Obama looks like a grade A idiot. Alan keyes OWNS ALL

  • @mercilessMarksmen EXCEPT for the fact that he has lost every public office he ran for. That says something.

  • @mercilessMarksmen put down the pipe and STEP AWAY FROM THE CRACK. Keyes has explained, very well, and very intelligently, how wrong his definition of marriage is. I suggest that you do a little RESEARCH on marriage THROUGHOUT HISTORY and you'll find that marriage is MUCH MORE than simply putting a scaffolding on procreation.

  • @bckm54 marriage is a ritual to begin with but when faggots like you want to be married under the bible THAT IS A NO NO

  • it makes me sad the the republican party didn't allow keys to run in mccains place

  • Alan Keyes is way more intelligent than Obama. You can tell that Obama was intimidated by Alan Keyes during this debate.

  • @Robertjcksn40 which is why Obama won the election. Alan Keyes comes across as a rude knowitall. Hardly an electable person. I mean can you imagine him trying to work in the legislator where you have to compromise with folk.

  • Alan Keyes is one of those types who want's to dominate everyone that disagrees with him. I have no doubts that Alan Keyes trully does indeed believe what he says. But I think to some degree, in part, that is also a part of the problem. He doesn't scrutinize or question himself enough. The gay issues has always bothered me. Because I can't honestly say one way or the other that it is either wrong or right. People get marriend because they want to spend the rest of their lives together.

  • @Robertjcksn40 He's not less intelligent. He's playing politics.

  • @Robertjcksn40 UM, NO. Keys IS intelligent, there is no mistake about that. But Obama was NOT intimidated. Keys is an over-agreesive bully who tries to use loud tones and lots of hand gesticulations to make his points.

I also note who won that election, and how Obama did subsequently, compared to Keys. He was reduced to running for president on the American Independent Party platform, which is the last refuge of the politically bankrupt.

  • what faith is that, Obama?

  • @ixcarlos Obama is a Muslim.

  • @LordMalice6d9 Actually I think he might be a Mason. He could be a muslim.

  • Comment removed

  • the interviewer you can tell was closed off when keyes was talking at the very beggining, with body language and his smart ass junior high-ish remark about a very well witty thought out metaphor/simile (w.e) but for obama it was like he was trying to decode the intellegence that was Keyes, it was great lmao

  • both keyes and obama are extremely intelligent. that interviewer was way out of his league!! LAWLZZZ

  • this guy is freaking intelligent anything is freakier is Obama's evil! and arrogance!

  • Islam punishes homosexuals with death. that is what Obama believes.

  • Problem with Keyes is that his intellect is so far beyond the norm that people can't understand his concepts.

You just saw liberal newsman mock Keyes because he does't have the mental capacity to understand the message that Keyes was saying...

I'm not sure if Keyes is capable of dumbing himself down to the level where the average American can understand him.

Our loss - Though Obama was right too .. Marriage is not a Civil right - but to contract is - to love is.

  • It's right that everybody is treated as an equal

man or woman has no right to judge anyone

    only God alone can judge.

Personaly I don't agree with homosexuality

but everybody has the God given right to exsist,

Discrimination in any circumstance is wrong!!!

  • Read your bible sir if your invoking the God of the Bible we make judgements in our everday decisions and entire book in the bible is called judges Jesus did not say we could not judge but first pull the beam out your on eye befor you judge the Apostle paul in 1 Corinthians 2:15-16 NIV says: “The spiritual man makes judgments about all things, but he himself is not subject to any man’s judgment: For who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ

  • OBAMA is way over his head debating Mr, Keys--he needs his telepromter and a genius on Mr. Keys' level feeding him answers. That is not so easy.

Mr, Keys took this debate even if you do not agree with him in principal.

  • well atleast he doesnt think it is a choice

  • Obama is such a flip flopping lying shitbag. Will someone shut him up already?

  • Beginning to question if Obama had his feeling hurt or if he just got rick rolled...

  • Our Government is Hypocritical. It preaches Freedom of Religion and then turns around and mixes religion with politics. Gays and Lesbians do NOT have equal rights because of Christianity, and that is utterly ridiculous. But that's America for you, we're full of Ignorance.

  • @Dreamydre15 Sir this Country was founded on Christian principals and the founding fathers would have never condone such reprehensible behavior. Your right it is Christians who stands in the way of much immorality in an immoral world...

  • the fact is ...why r we involving taxes in marriage ? then we would have no debate.....

  • Alan Keyes: Malcolm X:: Barack Obama: Jesse Jackson

  • It just goes to show how stupid people in Ill really are. They voted Obama over Keyes. I do believe in that state the crook always win! Keep up the good fight Alan!

  • Alan Keyes he is above and beyond for average democrat comprehending abilities .He is just toooo damn smart and educated.

  • Alan Keyes is way too smart to be a politician. Obama is just smart enough. We don't want the smartest, most capable person in office anymore, we want a celebrity.

  • If you listen carefully to Keyes' argument, he hasn't refuted Obama's position in any way. He argues against marriage being available to gays and lesbians, but that's the exact position Obama takes! What is in dispute is Obama's being in favor of civil unions for gays and lesbians. So the fact that he goes on and on in his irritatingly pompous way without considering what Obama is actually saying shows how self-important and narcissistic he is. He loves hearing only himself "reason."

  • @noumenasafe, no that is not true! He destroyed Obama's stance saying: the central part of marriage between man and woman is procreation. (If you really think about it: lesbians and homosexuals cannot even exist without the hetrosexual community contributing to their very existence)

  • @zedonutube It's completely irrelevant. Allowing gays to marry isn't going to impact the remainder of the world who are, by a vast majority, heterosexual and still having children. Not to mention plenty of people these days have children outside of marriage. The entire argument is circular because is all comes back to this supposed "definition." When you remove the religious dogma the entire argument falls apart.

  • @t1ngley, I think Alan Keyes answered your q when he referred to ppl marying beyond child-bearing years. The principle remains the same. homosexuality is not exception but a violation of the principle. with the exception of recent advances in science, homosexuality would not contribute to procreation. So it won't exist by itself as means to propagate the human race. The simple logic offered by man+woman is indeed profound! (post 1)

  • @t1ngley, Allow me to cite a parallel issue: Pro-choicers say, most of them, late-term-abortion should stay legal. If you investigate this procedure (it is done at any term): Just before a normal baby is delivered, less the head, the abortionist destroys the skull and sucks the brain out, and pulls the dead baby out of the vaginal canal. The idea is if the baby's head is out of the canal, it will be deemed "murder." Bible is not dogma, it is our conscience in all areas of our lives! (post 2)

  • @ImpBloody Don't forget that he has already set a record for having taken the most vacation time of any president in the US! And the fact that he was the first "president" in American history to disrespect our soldiers by not going to Arlington National Cemetery for Memorial Day during a time of war! ! And he's not even halfway through his "term" yet!

Good to see that I'm not alone in the under-20 demographic too! That seemed to be the easiest group to brainwash in Barry Soetoro's campaign!

  • hallelujah

  • Keyes just gave the most rational reasoning to be against gay marriage that I've ever heard. While I can respect that, I still think that it's none of the governments' business in the first place, as it is a religious, or at least, it CAN be, a religious sacrament.

  • Obama is a turd.

  • Comment removed

  • @SuperboyXX0018 Shut up you idiot.

  • You can't deny Alan Keyes formidable intellect. You just can't. To argue his logic would be most unwise.

  • Alan Keyes is brilliant. Absolutely brilliant.

  • The only way to know Obama is lying is seeing his mouth move.

  • @TheWW2tribute Obama knew somebody cured of homosexuality! The book Obama: Why Black America Should Have Doubts showed this of him! Call 1-888-264-0877 for a genuine homosexual cure!

  • @Bestmanme08 And the book Ted Kennedy: The Early Years at amazon showed that he got Kennedy help in getting elected!

  • Keyes is overwhelmingly brilliantly annoying. Who ever thinks he is brilliant I hope I never meet you because chances are you are annoying also. Keyes just tries to make common ideas sound brilliant with his linguistics. That's why the interviewer was mocking him lol Keyes is just annoying and that's why he didn't win. People may have ideas and be knowledgable, but not everyone is a leader.

  • @illestchicano Read what you just said and then tell us again what the heck you are talking about!! Is he brilliant or not? Do you still think Obama is a "leader"? If so, how's that working out for you and your family? I'm not getting much out of it and neither are most of my friends. Obama has no solid character footing to base anything on. He is just a progressive working out of the Chicago political crime machine and IT HAS ONLY JUST BEGUN! God help us all!

  • @coleyman1 first off, I never said I was for Obama. Obama and any other president is just full of shit. The fact that people actually take sides are idiots who are blind. You think any president really give a shit about you? The only people who are trully for the people are the ones who end up getting killed. And I'll make it in this nation under any president. I decide my own destiny. Only little kids like to blame people for their shit.

  • @illestchicano Whoa there! First, I never said you were "for" either one of these men! I just asked the question what you meant in your statements that rambled across both men's intellegence and leadership qualities. I then asked, since Obama's election, how that was working out for you and your family.Last, in reply: I do believe if anyone lives by the letter of the law and totally commited to being honest, WILL be affected by how the president guides this country, be they "full of sh-- or not.

  • @coleyman1 I was doing great under Bush's bitch ass and still am doing great under Obama. Keyes is just an ordinary man to me, so is Obama. Nothing more and nothing less.

  • The guy asking the questions to both Obama and Keyes was a dick!

  • Alan Keyes is brilliant. Probably the greatest speaker to ever run for President.

  • alan keys just slaps people around with wisdom Ooooooooo another alan keys smackdown!! i wish he was our president instead of lier and deknighted Obama

  • I disagree with obama here, and I obviously disagree far far more with Keyes, but the questioner is far too rude. Calm the fuck down.

  • Alan Keyes can out think, out talk, and out reason Obama on all levels. He is a highly intelligent man with well founded and eloquently expressed thoughts. And this is what the media is deathly afraid of. He makes Obama, and even the moron interviewer look like two uneducated idiots.

  • @ZeitBold76

YOU ARE SO RIGHT! HE RUNS CIRCLES AROUND OBAMA! OBAMA AINT TO SMART.

  • @ZeitBold76 so true, alan keyes is the man!

  • Comment removed

  • @ZeitBold76 Alan Keyes is indeed very intelligent and highly educated and this is exactly why he HATES Obama, he ENVIES Barack Obama. Alan Keyes claims that the USA is at the brink of civil-war because Obama is president. Alan Keyes will never EVER become president of the USA, ever. You can see the hate in Keyes' eyes when he talks about Barack Obama. I actually agree with Alan Keyes on many topic, honestly I do. But envy is a human-emotion and Alan Keyes is very human !

  • @ZeitBold76 yes, cos being a president is just about intelligence levels and reciting information isn't it...

  • @ZeitBold76 I realise I was wrong with that last comment as you didn't say anything about the relevance of this video to presidency to be fair, I just think although the guy may be more intelligent, he comes across as lacking any sort of emotional intelligence or humility. Certainly is interesting to watch him argue though, he's certainly very sure of what he has to say

  • @ZeitBold76 All I heard was that in infertile couple is an apple with a worm eating away at it.

  • Comment removed

  • @ZeitBold76 alan keyes is arrogant and you probably are the same. Obama won this race for a reason. They cut out the last part where Obama owned him, how convenient and typical lol

  • Alan Keyes is one of the greatest conservative minds we will ever have the luxury or seeing.

  • ms13524 haha exactly.....i am gay, but i live staright's man life, anyway but Alan really does take a deep overview of a principle of marriage and I have never heard such an interesting argument and i would like to say that i agree with him...if that is what the marriage is for...for kids, but if it is only for sharing such things as property then i don't see a reason why should we not let gay people get married....

  • Marriage began as a religious function, the only reason states control the license is because it is also a public health issue.

  • what

  • The dark times have begin. We are being led by a Liar. He speaks the language of lies. He and the rest of the propagandist.

  • Im too stupid too dissect what just have been said. So both keyes en ohbummer agrree gay marriage is a no go or what? Btw i think they are over thinking these non-issues way too much. people are being robbed or property and dying of hunger by the very govt. and IRS. doesnt the bible say anything about having mercy and oppose criminal banking institutions? jeez.

  • @LemonAndYoghurt no ohbummer is for gay marriage and alan is against it

  • The end is near! I agree with LDS about something...shudder!!! Yes, the Bible states that if you are to be a leader, you MUST be the husband of one wife. Old Testament and New Testament, God says maraige is between a man and a woman.

  • I wonder if ALan Keyes knows that taking an Aristotlean position on things precludes and separates his standing as a man of faith? Aristotle was gay, and Keyes insistence on basing his sophistry on Aristotle's philosohy announces his intentions as pagan. He should be arguing for slavery if he wants to realize a 2000 year old idea of utopia. What a waste of human flesh this poppinjay has become. Sad.

  • Obama tries too hard to be liked by everyone, even if it cost denying basics of Bible(it's cowardice).

  • Critics of the same-sex marriage are against the practice because of the sexuality intercourse involve in the relationship between the same sex. This is the main reason why many disagree with the practice because sexuality between the same couples is seen as immoral since they do not lead to procreation.

  • i HATE interviewers who try to interrupt when the interviewee is on a roll. Alan Keyes is one smart dude. Obama and the other douchebag should tie a brick around their feet and jump into the ocean

  • @VladtheFilmmaker I totally agree! The interviewer looked bad. Alan Keyes made very good points, but casted his pearls before swine.

  • Intereting literature has been published by a famour mainstream Christian author and in his text he explains that for all these years the concept that Jesus Christ and God the Father HAVE wives is a VIABLE concept now! Back in Joseph Smith's day that was unheard of, and it was one of the reasons he was martyred. Now it is slowing becoming the norm. Christianity loses more and more ground as it conforms to the CHURCH of JESUS CHRIST has taught all along!

    FAIRLDSdotORG

    for the truth

  • @LDSapologist71

    *Interesting, and famous

  • Keyes' arguement is bullshit because a straight couple can marry and choose not to have kids. Marriage is about love and commitment, not procreation.

  • @Lemileant

Just because some couples choose not to have children, doesn't make it right. I don't know any young couple that decide to NOT have kids, except waiting for better financial opportunities to come, but All men aspire to leave a legacy of children when they die.

Obama is correct when he said "marriage is a commitment made before God."

Adam and Eve were personally bound by God's authority for time and all eternity. Marriage doesn't have to end with death, but can be Eternal.

  • You speak in ultimatums, which is a glaring point of your ignorance. You say that "All mean aspire to leave a legacy of children", which is the most naive thing you could say. Are you suggesting the pope is not a man, that priests are not men, because they do not aspire to have children, or is it only Mormons that are considered men? Not all religions allow 10 wives to have 50 kids with anyways. This is just one example or your faliure to have cognitive thought.

  • @markjhf

I am suggesting the pope and the priests of the Catholic church are not living the gospel of Jesus Christ, and that the Catholic church is NOT the same organization that Christ set up on the earth. Paul warned in his epistles, that the apostate church could be recognized by refusing some to marry. Could this mean priests? I believe it does.

  • is obama even christian?

  • @Tsoma

Technically speaking, Obama is a christian, but one might questions his motives.

  • Now, we all just heard from Dr. Keyes a sound, coherent, logical, rational, reasoned answer succinctly, clearly and vividly communicated in a manner that that not only matches society & reality, but truth.

Then there's the answer from marxist bastard obama: a bumbling, incoherent, elusive, expedient, fallacious, polemical sophist!

Now we know why the 1st executive order (13489) by this jackass was to ban all access to his records -- especially from Columbia & Harvard Law.

    God help us!

  • As a military veteran I don't want a faggot in my foxhole. Let the queers serve as civilians. Homosexuals are genetic mistakes anyone who thinks sodomy is natural is perverted & sick.

  • Yea I agree, there is a natural order of things, males are to procreate with women to have children, that is the way we continue the species.

A person attracted to their own sex is going against either A) Science. or B) Gods design of human nature. Therefor it could be seen as a mental illness...I see it that way.

  • Obama talks gibberish in a stuttering, halting tone that anybody who has ever been trained as an interrogator will tell you is a classic red flag that he is consciously saying things that he knows to be untrue. Obama's body language and subverbal patterns are common to professional con men, swindlers and people who make their living by cheating others.

  • texasarcane

well said my friend....again, another example of showing Obama for the con-man, fraud, & human excrement he is!!

  • Six years later, it's obvious Obama was concealing his agenda by speaking in a strange ambiguous and eclectic sophistry, by talking about "legal rights" for homosexual couples. He revealed that he was a hardcore homosexual radical who always intended that they be given marriage. He was just lying. Every word that Obama has ever said is a lie. He is a liar because his father is a liar.

Keyes by contrast, talks in simple, lucid and honest language and never wavered in his ideas in the least.

  • let's put it this way. if you want your country's laws based on religious values, move to Iran. enough said

  • hahaha obama looked fucking lost. and he was totally tripping over his words on the issue.

and keyes is totally on point about the issue of marriage. you have to have competent sense of understanding to grasp what he's getting at.

WHY THE FUCK IS OBAMA PRESIDENT?

  • Anybody would be lost with the ammount of unnecessary words used by Keyes, regardless of what issue was being debated. You could debate 2+2 with Keyes and he would make sure he used enough words to confuse you.

If you require an explanation of how Keyes was wrong then let me know and I can PM you.

  • WOOO GOO OBAMAMA!.marriage is between a man and women.SORRY GAYS.Gays have all the rights man.they want more than they can afford.i dont hate gays.marriage just is not for you

  • Actually according to the old testament, marriage is between a man and as many women as he wants. Also, up until the 1960s, Marriage in america was between a man and a women of the same race.

You also of course fail to justify that re-defining a word is innately bad.

Additionally, homosexuals have the same rights as heteros in terms of the letter of the law, but not the spirit of the law. When this happens, normally the law is changed quickly (it is called a loop-hole).

  • I assume you mean opposite race marriage...

If not then you may be confused with another law.

Either way, it is not really relevant since it shows the historic redefinition of marriage regardless of how many states the law occured in. The argument that marriage (or any word) should not be re-defined (simply in virtue of redefinition being bad) has no rational basis and my point simply proves this as well as showing that redefinition is sometimes necessary.

  • speaking as someone who is queer, Keyes had an interesting point and in a sense I do look at the marriage of church, coming out of a bible which does define marriage one way. in order to alter religious marriage laws, one must alter religious marriage. however, religion is dying and should adapt if it wants to survive, so his point is fairly irrelevant to me.
