  • why do you call it "italiano". We don't eat that stuff here in Italy

  • I'm not vegan, vegetarian or a raw foodie. But I'm in it for the health so I rather incorporate more raw, nutritious meals like this in my diet. This looks so good and so quick, thank you for sharing!!

  • I'm not a raw food vegan yet, but I'm thinking about transitioning when I move out of my parents house. They already have enough trouble with me being a vegetarian, so I'm pretty sure they'd freak out if I bring this one up. Plus, I'll have to get money for a pasta spiral machine, a dehydrator, food processor, and a blender. Then from there, I'm pretty sure it will be easy. If anyone would like to message me and share their experiences, then I'd be honored. This pasta looks pretty good.

  • I'm currently an lacto-ovo vegetarian and have been one for almost 6 years for the welfare of animals. I've heard about raw food fans raving about how healthy and animal free this diet is. I thought it was stupid, until I actually took the time to research it and find some recipes. I thought all I'd end up eating is just plates of raw fruits and vegetables, but I was wrong. There's plenty of recipes that look delicious and healthy, even the deserts.

  • great video :)

  • This looks awesome!!! I never put the n.y. in my raw pasta and I think that is exactly what it needs! Thanks so much for this great video! <3

  • Hey, how much of that would YOU eat?

  • @sickestgamer1 what does religion has to do with Vegan recipes? wont you grow up one day and think beyond your nose? good day sir. I hope you get intelligent one day. bye

  • @SICKESTGAMER1 Thank goodness.

  • 1 person who never got the memo dislikes

  • Im an Ovo-Lacto-Vegetarian (free range eggs and very rarely do I eat Derry products). Im doing it for health reasons (long term colon health, for example). Why, honestly, are you a raw vegan?

  • @cpmc1 If you have colon problems you need to immediately become a raw food vegan. It will save your life. Try it. There are such great ideas and instructions on how to make this delicious food. It will completely heal your colon and any other health problems.

  • @NicolaRedwooddforest I greatly apreciate your advice. But it's completely fictitious. It's the t hought that counts but if this was even remotely true, it would be standard medical preceder and raw veganism would be much more respected. I have a healthy colon, healthy most things (weight problem but losing weight quite successfully, steadily (healthy in comparison to being overweight)), but it is for a healthier colon, heart, immune system, hormone system (don't eat tufu) and others.

  • @cpmc1 You have a lot of faith in corporate USA. The medical industry particularly in the USA is a criminal institution which prevents real and helpful information to be broadcasted. One example which I witnessed directly: I gave someone advise on the Johnson pharmaceutical channel on YouTube. I talked friendly to someone and the other person threw insults at me. Instead of kicking the hater out the Johnson channel kicked me out, they blocked me. Why? Because they are a corporation.

  • @cpmc1 Part 2: Johnson Pharmaceutical corporation as well as many other pharma corporations do not want people to distribute information which could really help people. Because if people get real help through plants and holistic health practices then the corporation would lose customers. This is how it works in capitalism. The industries are running the USA, not a president, not a senate. And the working folks are lead to believe that prescription drugs are safe. Don't believe the media.

  • why need yeast?

  • Looks yummy. I don't think nutritional yeast is raw, though.

  • eating this now its great! thnk you, this is incredible with a little ginger root in it

  • FIREFIGHT!

  • balsamic vinegar and salt??? not sure those are sooo healthy. I would at least say that part was not healthy

  • @vicky2c your body needs salt. salt is not healthy if you rarely drink water. but please don't take my word for it. research it :D

  • @boorbaga If you read the book the 80-10-10 diet Dr. DOuglas Graham explains how you do need salt, but salt that is naturally found in celery and other veggies and some fruits like coconut water. You can see that salt is going to keep you addicted to certain foods and will dull your senses and taste buds. Your body needs more salt if you workout a lot..High intensity and for a long period of time.I guess this would be healthy after a marathon or ultra marathon or Ironman.

  • mmmmmmmmmmm that looks good

  • Have you ever stewed fresh tomatoes with zucchini? I know, it's not raw. But, it's so good. Add a little Italian seasoning and eat a big bowl on a cool autumn day. Yummy. Just tomatoes, zucchini, seasoning and a little FG black pepper.

  • Mmm, I'm glad a ran across this. I'm not vegan or "natural". But, I've always been a big vegetable eater. Even in the deep south. I could make it now but, all the veggies right now are from overseas. There is a new little town farmers market in the summer right behind my house. So, I'm going to make this after I get the in season veggies. I'm going to add bell peppers(yellow, red and green). I know, they are one of dirty dozen. =~(

  • I'm going to have to make this in the near future. Looks delicious.

  • I am trying to eat more raw. Thanks for the recipe. I am going to check out your channel and subscribe! :)

  • Cool! That's a nice quick recipe that would make great leftovers, too. I'm all about the nutritional yeast as well. I'm subscribing now. Thanks!

  • OMG we have the same silverware! :)

  • LOL! What a hoot.

  • thank you!!! it looks amazing. i'm trying a raw vegan diet for a little while so i'm pretty excited for this.=]]

  • Why do you add the nutritional yeast? I wouldn't want that, would it taste good without it?

  • Hey Ann,

The raw pasta would taste great without the nutritional yeast. I add it because I like the extra zing it gives the dish. I make it without sometimes too. Just depends on the mood I'm in. Give it a try without and let me know what you think.

  • Nutritional yeast is awesome - it tastes like cheese!

  • wow!!! i've been making most of your recipes in your 30 days raw fruits videos and i can't wait to get to 30 and then make this!!!

by the way, i've made probably 12-15 so far, and they really do taste amazing. your family is lucky to eat tasty good for you treats all day

  • Thanks for the great feedback. I am so glad you are enjoying the recipes. I think you will like this one too. Have a beautiful day!

  • mmm... looks delicious! I love zucchini spaghetti

  • We do too. It is so easy to make and tastes sooo good.

  • mmmm this looks good!

  • It tastes amazing! Even the kids love it.

  • nice
