Kinda takes a while to get to the boss fight. If the cutscene isn't skippable, then it would be horrible if you wanted to keep retrying this boss when you lose

Damn is this is the translation patch 1.2?I tried epsxe and couldn't even that that running right so I'll never be able to play this game on a big screen, WTF did they release these on DS??? I got no$gba running ok but DS versions are crap.I wish they released all the dragon quests on ps3..

@rellik187redrum Did you say epsxe? LOL that is the PS1 emulator. This game was released on PS2, try PCSX2.

This boss completely ruined my enjoyment of this game, seeing as how I can't beat the cunt. But I haven't totally given up just yet.

i was also playing it on the ds but not much trouble, i am still at the start of the third generation, but i was trying to recruit liquid metal slimes, in the mean time my team kept leveling, so when i was fighting this boss my main char was lv59. i recruited mons that can learn kafrizzle, each dealing 200 per attack , around 700 damage per turn. it died pretty quickly

I wonder what Buon is supposed to be... The animations look very well done though, and I like that the enemies actually fall over when they die and don't just 'disappear'.
