I just bought the mixtrack pro, and im from europe, that means i get traktor LE instead of Virtual DJ as software... Im thinking of buying virtual dj, but im not sure witch version i should buy... Is there any big differences between the Virtual DJ broadcast and Virtual DJ pro full? im not planing of using the program for videoediting... hope for a good answear :)

i know i should buy the real version of virtual dj pro......but i downloaded a torrent crack and got it up and working no problem........but my mixtrack wont work with it, or i have to like individualy map each button which suckss.....im guessing i wouldnt have this problem if i bought the actual program?

Do 20's & 30's FREEJAYs even use the Repeating-Cue and Cued-Playing functions while monitoring their mix with headphones on Traktor

I bet that instead of manually finding the beat using the Repeating-Cue function FREEJAYs auto-cue, beat-step to the Cue that they want then I bet they press the Cued-Play button instead of manually Cued-Playing like a REAL DJ

CD Mode

1. Play a song and pause it approximately where sound

starts to play.

2. Use the [8] / [9] buttons or the jog dial to fine tune the

position. You can make adjustments in increments of 1

frame (1/75 of a second).

Manually DJ using the Repeating-Cue and Cued-Play functions while monitoring your DJ mix with headphones (using Traktor, Virtual DJ, PCDJ, Future Decks, Club DJ Pro, Pioneer DJS ect) instead of doing that auto-mix/visual DJin crap!

Ok this is weird because my mixtrack pro came with VDJ LE and when i go to the configure to edit some settings it doesn't let me all it says is it gives me a 10 day trial for VDJ PRO and even though the trial expired that offer is like stuck on the page. it wont let me access any settings.?

yes your are right. you have to practice and practice many hours! Thanks for the idea of a book, actually been looking for a book on Djing, but practice is the only way to get better. I noticed on your vids that you have almost the same Bpm's on both decks , but the beats are sometimes not sycned or not beatmatching, but you are able to still pull of amazing mixes like that! When I use VD, I always try to beatmatch the songs! I think u have amazing skills, and I subbed you channel. - DjPhil

I learned to DJ on two turntables (almost belt drive lol) so we had no 'SYNC' or BPM features... it was all by ear. It was the most frustrating thing ever, but I really think that it made me a better Dj. It allows me to get a songs 'close enough' on beat that i'm able to mix them still -

I think if the technology is availible... USE IT and make yourself better :)

Great video, I like virtaul Dj, but Im learning Traktor Pro 2. This has to be the best Dj software out there!! It's funny how Numark decides to give the Mixtrack Pro and the Mixtrack different Dj Probrams,(Traktor and Virtual Dj) I have the Mixtrack, and the Audio 2 Dj soundcard from Native Instruments.Traktor is so versatile its just sureal what you can do with this progam!!! Traktor has many scratch samples already in the program, and the all of them together for a scratch sentence sample!

Suggestion to everyone, if you want to learn to scratch with the numark mixtrack controller I would suggest using Traktor Scratch Duo.
