@isisbenny404 my daughter had the same cleft as the one in this video, her nose repair started last year, she was 10 at the time. They will do a bit more when she is 13. Her surgeon doesn't like to do it too early as the nose constantly changes shape through the teen years.

@reconstructive . No i have not done the sub unit repair. So no comparisons possible. In case there are any thoughts on these lines kindly explain this repair and its advantages.
@shaileshnisal i can send u the article by dr david fisher regarding the sub-unit repair if u like. that is a very good rapair but the markings are a bit difficult.
v also perform milard's repair more frequently because its easy,
wow this is amazing! i am a 23 year old mom of a 3month old baby girl with unilateral incomplete cleft lip.. same as the baby on this video. we're still waiting until she reach 10kilos to get her operation done.. i am excited and nervous at the same time.. i wish the doctor would be as great as you. ^^
