The system has failed in our students, I hope your mom is one of the awesome teachers that help students learn how to learn :) The problem with these sort of artists is that they are pre-packaged Disney drones used for no depth or challenge to the status quo or system at large. Some of the artists Disney presents to the younger generation actually make a difference on our planet in their own way, and as long as they are encouraging young people to do the same is it really necessary to claim that this form of "brainwashing" as you say, is a bad thing?? I agree that a lot of the music industry (gaga spears ect)

I think taking a stab at the Disney corporation is a stab aimed in the wrong direction. Takes a village you know, and having the kids raised by TV and MOVIES is not the answer again they are taught CONSUME CONSUME CONSUME> and what has that gotten us, a sick planet, poor being poorer and the elites more elite.
