I dont like dirty cops that plant evidence (paid for privately, btw & admitted to by family member of party so that makes it heresy & a taunt). Your comparison is unsound but your criticism is understood. Not all cops are dirty, but CHP is the biggest liars, add-ons to charges, falsifications, escalations and so forth. Every experience they Black Lied it up. I would respect them more if they had traffic officer term limits to reduce people contact corruption as was in my very unique experience.

i feel your pain. I actually went to HS with cool people that are cool chps so I do feel bad when I vent and spew. Just had probably one of the worst experiences in my life with CHP. They planted evidence in my car. True, there was stuff in my car (weed) that I needed to get busted for. I am glad I did, I got a superlightweight sentence (no jail time for 19 baggies & no lawyer either) just cannot believe cops would plant evidence as a premise to search (at the request of my best customer's mom!)
