OK, you definitely need to invest in a better mixer. A good brioche dough has the butter added slowly, so it is fully incorporated properly. I guess your video is testimony that "anyone" can make these sticky buns. Good job and thanks for the effort. I agree.. you do sound like Neil or the character Bob from the movie classic, What About Bob
I too saw the episode with Bobby, and I appreciate the extra effort you went to for us by slowing it down. Ive been using my aunts recipe for brioche and it is alot harder. THANKS!
