GT5 is out now to buy just came out last week and under arcade mode there is drifting that you can do the same as I am in the video.

@mynameisreggiexp GT5P is pritty much your only option untill GT5 comes out. GT5 was coming out in march but who knows anymore as it has been delayed. GTHD was a game they were going to make but didnt. its was just going to be GT4 remade with better grafx you cannot get the demo anymore.

no this is not GT5 this is GTHD totaly diffrent things. GTHD was going to be made from GT4 with updated grafx and drift mode, however they decided not to do it and use all there "power" for geting GT5 made. GTHD was a demo kinda thing you could download for free only during the 1st year that the PS3 came out ( Im guessing a year I dont know actual dates.) I have other Videos of GT5P (GT5 isnt out yet they say it comes out in march for the usa)

This is Grand Turismo HD for the Playstation 3. It was avalable for download when the PS3 first came out not sure if you can still get it but you can get Grand Turismo 5 Prologue at any store that sells ps3 games. and GT5P is the newest in the sereies yet. my GUESS is GT5 will be in stores next winter.

yea I was on the grass a little but didnt hit the wall. I dont remember but I think as long as you have one tire on the track your ok, if you get all 4 on the grass you lose your points for the turn.

not sure what you mean by that (not real smok and front wheels) smoke from tires can vary from diffrent tires (how much, how little, heck they even make tires that smoke colors. (seach youtube if you dont belive me) but no there is no game that has real smoke becuse real is real no computer or anything will ever beable to be real becuse there is no way a computer can beat the speed of real life. real life dosent have a frame limit. 1mill frames per sec still isnt real.

The PS 3 is weak. It's got a great price:performance ratio in comparison to PCs, but compare it to a high end PC and there's no competition. The PS3 runs on an old modified 7800GT- PC's can get 3 GTX 285's (each one at LEAST twice as fast as the 7800) in SLI. No comparison.

well yea any one that knows anything about the hardware stuff knows pc's will always be the best if you got the money to stick into it every month something new comes out for a way over priced product. The good thing about consoles is every one is on a level playing field, and no frame rate issues ect. and requirements to play games and the min requirements are a joke cus it looks like trash and the fps suck. yea I liked pc back when just ps2 was out cus my pc was better but it wastes to much$

i got in 5th place on that track in the world cuz i had this trick(u waont find me in 5th now cuz my ps3 broke and i forgot to bakup) the trick is go throo the track 1 time but dont finish at the end turn around DO NOT hit anything on the way bak to the start and try not to spin wen u go bak to the end only can do 1 time

The only thing they need to change in GT5 is the annoying tire screeching and that depressing starting noise to say go, I think they also use it when you go through a checkpoint... It really depresses me because I makes me think of a PS1 and they are the most annoying and gay consoles ever! GRRRRRRRRRR get rid of that noise!!!

none of the GT games have had tire marks yet. they are more concerned about quality simulation and car quality. however If (when) they do damage (possibly GT5) I would think tire marks would be included also.

this is a free download demo of GT HD for ps3. however they never made the full game GT HD they desided not too and just work on getting GT5 prologue out. and GT5P is already out its $40 only on PS3 and has online racing, drifting (online ranking) timetrials (online ranking), 70 cars and much more.

You know what, GT5 is going to be amazing when it is released in 2009, because for a demo like GTHD, that doesn't really offer you quat, the graphics and driving are very enjoyable. They just need to update the tire sounds and add exhaust backfire effects like real tuners make. This will be perfect when they do that.

Agreed. The cars, scenery are all near perfect, the tire sounds are too common. They have the same sound from GT2 or sth. The tire sounds have been there for a long time. They should change it.

This is a demo on the PS3, in this demo there is no clutch however when Gran Turismo 5 prologue comes out it dose use the clutch. Driving was done by me its a recording of the replay

gran turismo HD but now the demo is out for gran turismo prologue only in japan but it is insanely better then this and you race 16 cars with better detail then this demo. GT 5 is the best and most realistic racing game there is hands down.

tire set up and turn all aids off. also the tv you have matters. Lcd tv's are the worst for gaming becuse of the lagg time it takes them to show the image from when it was sent from the console. that can make simulation games feel messed up from the lagg. my plazma has some lagg also but I have ajusted to it but wish i had a dlp tv like a 55in sony with 2.5 ms response time. (lower response time better)

auto aids are off, tires are setup and ready, i have a lcd hdtv with 8ms response time and i've played 1000's of hours gaming on it with various consoles and not once has it reduced my gaming skills, i play the same as i always had before i had a hdtv.

now, as for the drifting, i can start to drift around the corner but the car will go out of control and i will either crash into a wall or i will slow down completely, i'm not a noob at drifting because i play a lot of ridge racer 7 , i just find that GTHD is one of the most hardest games to drift.

ok gt hd is a simulation game RR7 is unrealistic drift game (I own RR7) yes gt hd dose take some time to get the controls down but its real drifting just like if you were realy driving the car. so yes its harder becuse its a simulation not arcade like RR7. so all I can say is practice also Ive noticed if you have your contoler pluged in when i play gt hd I do better so try that, it also sounds like you need to counter steer more and go slower.

take a few laps slow drift little buy little going faster as you get better but mostly go slow when you start the corner. and use my vid for an example of where your car should be when you start the corner. also you need to be aware of when to hit the gas and when to let off becuse this is a sim game. I would recommend R1 front and S3 rear tires

skyline or the evo's but tire set up is for the skyline. sorry its so hard to explain stuff with words. cars are my passion and Ive played GT ever since the 1st one. so just drive try new things when you do and you will understand more of what happens when you do, practice and dont give up. I was geting 4000 pts for like a month till I got the hang of the controls. good luck!

I have never played forza so I really cant compare. Ive just played gt growing up, its in my blood so to speak. paint jobs, damage, car auction's are the main things I think forza will have that gt wont but maby paint. but I think the grafx and physics will me more realistic on gt. so I still stand with gt but alot of the things forza has going on is cool.

Im sure GT 5 will still have no damage but it makes up for that with the realism in the looks of the cars and physics. the damage is cool in forza but when I drive Im racing to win and not hit things so I dont need that extra wow of damage the fun for me is winning. but just remember your comparing a full 360 game vs. a enhanced ps2 game

well yes forza is a full game, GT HD is just a little something put together from the ps2 game GT4 and GT HD is a free download I didnt spend $60 on it so yes it is not as far as forza is. dont get me wrong though im not so sure what im getting for my next gen system cus X-box has realy kicked it up with forza and more racing games.

and no with a 4 wheel drive car you dont counter steer as much from the front wheels spinning making the loss of grip to drift becuse if you counter steer to much the car will straighten out from the front tires pulling the car where ever you turn the wheel. If you really want a challenge try drifing with the ferrai (rear wheel drive) is very hard I can honstly say it is very hard to drift with that. Im lucky if I can make it around once with out messing up one of the turns.

yes its 4 wheel drive. look's easy? when you do a good job it looks easy just like when you see drifting on TV good drivers make it look easy. Its not easy took me over a month of practice and getting better and I still wipe out every so often. theres alot of more people that post videos that may get more points but hit walls and basically (cheat) but not all, I've seen much better also. I see Forza vids to and some look easy also.

I turn off all the help aid's use manual trany, and use R1 front with S3 rear tires or S3 front S2 rear, along with some practice if ur not good at understanding how cars grip and turn.
