You were actually correct. 14440 is the dimensions of the battery. If it's unprotected than it's THE EXACT SAME SIZE as a double a battery. The difference is 3.7 volts compared to 1.5 volts which doesn't mean a damn thing in the e-cig world because 3.7 dominates as a source.

It seems for whatever reason that the VP1 creates more vapor. I think mostly because it does not have a cut off time.

Also if the user put up a mod to the device and didn't trademark it well that's just the way it goes!
