@Annafin62 Those people which suffer from seasonal depression do use the daylight lamp with anti-depressant medication while the other people with SAD thrive and are excited by that cold. This does only mean I have a different group of fellow depressed people to associate with as the seasons do change.
That is a terrible thing to label a person "incurable". It´s like "hopeless". It can really kill active parts of a person, and any initiative thinking around that matter.
There seems to be a state of the diagnosed people, which can be called "a victim of psychiatry". I wonder why other people seem to be happy about people obviously reaching that point. Do people just have a need to feel superiority over these non-functional members of society?
i'll get depressed, watching these videos...

@Quex01 I can relate to the Depression from experience with many in the polar regions of the Earth, having one season a year with Depression.

@brentpieczynski I highly recommend a daylight lamp(natural light, whatever the term is in english).
I´ve been thinking, how important for those 33 miners that kind of thing might be.

To be Manic is not normal To be a Zombie is not normal To experience Joyfulness and sadness is normal.
I got off the AA wagon mostly because I was not willing to wear their I am disfunctional badge.
Alcohol does make me disfunctional
I want to do good things so 98% of the time I stay away from the beer that I love so much to drink.
98% of the time I Rock and Roll
If I am lonely enough I will sacrifice 2% of my time to, to, um, well how ever it turns out enjoy friends and beer.
Stay Healthy
