In my kids school they have reported bullying. We have a no bullying policy in effect and a hand off policy in effect neither of which is enforced. My kids have been told "dont tattle" "if i didnt see it or hear it it didnt happen" etc. I am banned from their school for fighting against bullying and standing up for my kids safety.
