@TheKeyslinger You need the bare minimum for the weapon to show up. Unlike some games, you don't have to discover the recipe, just make certain you have 1 Adamantine, 4 Dragon Fang and 12 Pulse Ammo. It'll pop up in your Junk Shop listing once you have at least those numbers in your inventory.

I find The gatekeeper (in Balamb Garden) better than Zell's mom and the trepie in the cafeteria, i got the 20 Elnoyle cards from him in less than 50 matches.
I've had some luck getting dragon Fangs from both the Anaconda found near dollet and from T-Rexars in the training centre, there might be a level cap on getting it from both of these monsters but I'm not sure.
That it's true i test it and it worked, but it took me 12 hours to make it! God how i love hacks! With hacks it took me 8 min. to make the lion heart !! I recommend the hacks to the ones that did the game more then once like me! i played this stuff since i was 15 years old now i am 22 and i am still loving it!!!
Ok heres an easier way have squall at about lv 30 whoop t rex ass you'll that you got it right it you see fira and thundra next whoopl diablos ass as soon as you get the lamp the learn his mug ablity when you play as laguna the 2nd time stole the laser canon from elastoid which you can card mod in 5 pulse ammo do this 3 time elastoid must be at a lv 30 or higher then get sacred call you just really need to invest some time

Okay there's no easy way to get enoyle but there is a CONVENIENT way in the sense that you're killing two birds with one stone. In the very beginning of the game you need to get the Quitis card along with 5 abyss worm cards (to make 100 tornados & to get your str to 100+ early on). So you'll gather a few doing that. And then while you're getting your Zell card, and then after diablos, your Seifer card. (You'll get most of them here probably).
I'm doing a normal play through right now trying to get everything and once I finish that run I plan on starting a new save doing this challenge even though I have attempted is once already and gave up on the elnoyle cards =/
@xXHrdcoreXx I would definitely recomend this I read it last night I only had 3 then I switched to this guy and got the rest in 2 and a half hours which is shorter than Ma Dincht.

to be more spacific, about the seifer card, when you are a seeD, and get sent on your first mission, after you talk to cid again to get the cursed lamp, walk forward a screen then back, cid will be gone, then walk back to the garded elevator and you can now access the third floor and challenge him, you can challenge cid anytime you have access to the 3rd floor
All you need to do renzokuken is "aura" cast on the character OR have them on about 33% hp or lower then you can do their limit whenever. He is keeping his party dead to meet some sort of personal requirement. Personally i think its got nothing to with anything we should be concerned with. Its not like hes fighting ruby weapon or anyhting.
@hmcg020 actualy this has to do with the Crisis Meter, an internal system for each character that increases the chances of Limit appearing with or without having to be in the critical zone. For each KOed party member, you get an 8% increase. If you have the Doom status on you, you get 22% or 16% i cant remember. Dont believe me? Replay the SeeD exam (with Seifer) kill Squall and Zell, get Seifer to about 80% health.
He will have access to Limit 100% of the time because his base chance is 84%.
@Seishiro1989 the first time I played the game, it would always freeze at the battle atop the communications tower. Take out your disc and give it a thorough cleaning. That typically works. If not, you probably have some really scratched discs or a dying playstation system.

@Seishiro1989, take your game to a local video store, or a place that has "resurfacing machines". If the disk is scratched, then this is the best solution. It may cost about $5 a disk, however if you have a non-platinum copy of final fantasy V|||, it will be worth a reasonable amount of money, if its been recently resurfaced.
But it is an iso my friend.It isn't a compact disc.I mean the iso seems damaged.What can i do there?Because i downloaded the game via torrent.Because it is nowhere to buy around.So i had to download it.And i mean it get's stuck like that on the emulator.That is my problem.Do you know what the problem might be?

If your over lvl 20, fight against the T-Rex, he can give 6 dragon fang. It really easy if you have quake in your junction and blizzard type magic in your status or elemental attack.
There's a better way to get the 12 pulse ammos when you enter the dream world make sure diablos knows mug and you can steal them from tha chandelier looking enemies i believe in part 3 of the dream world.
@Mr20kenneth10 Ohhh, you mean the Elastoid, unfortunately to get laser cannons from them you must be over level 30 (as only 30+ Elastoids can be mugged for laser cannons) if you are fighting them 20+ they have a small chance of dropping them as a rare drop though....I think I have played this game to much to know what things drop depending on what level they are.....

Don't mean to spam this video but after watching the video, I think this is something people should know: You can obtain a lot of Elnoyle card at very beginning of the game, by challenging the #2 girl in your class. I tried and won about 8 elnoyle cards from her within ~1 hour.
@Cigaraholic You can get a lot of elnoyle card by challenging against the trepe groupies #1 twice as fast. I got 5 elnoyle in 15 min. He at the cafteria sitting on the chair, he look like he sleeping. But you really need to be careful, even if you have Quistis Zell, Ifrit, and some GF card. He incredibly hard.
There is a guide says that you can obtain an adamantine by defeating x-atm092. Did any one here success to do that? I think it's impossible 'cause I've been trying to get an adamantine from this sucker for week and my attempts were wasted after all.
@RekiaSilvermoon What do you mean? The guide says just kill it and pray for the adamantine (Very low chance) but I slaughtered it like 100+ times and still no adamantine. The guide probably gives false information.
@trimack17 This one is easy. In the Fire cave, after you defeat Ifrit, fight Bombs and use Quezecotl's "Card" ability to turn at least five of them into cards. They are Level 4 Monster cards with strong Bottom-Right stats, and more than equalize your chances of winning better cards from other players in Balamb Garden.I went after the little boy running laps in the Garden for his Minimog, then Trepie Fan in the back of the Cafeteria for Quistis. It was on after that.
You circumvent every limit break from all the other weapons... fantastic... That one where he strikes from the atmosphere of the earth took FOREVER to complete...
all i did was keep winning the boy who's running in circles for the cards i needed to card mod, take some time with the cards, but i got all the items i needed for everyone's final weps, and it took under 4 hours
holy fuck lionheart is the shit! i never got it because i could never get the dragon fang and i was always too busy playing that fucking card game. this game is nothing short of amazing.
@ShellBulletNinja they get in the way.... I'm like that when it comes to me fighting a boss or something, I prefer all my summons on Squall only, and solo the boss myself.
@ShellBulletNinja I believe that with your party dead, along with Squall having low health, it makes Renzokuken more likely to become available to use.
@xxxleilaplzzz Well what I do is I draw 100 Magic from an enemy and Junction it to one of my Stats it may take ages but it is worth it in the end it helps me alot
@xxxleilaplzzz oh and there is also refining Magic from Items using GF Abilities when you learn them I have Squall's basic Weapon Im at Level 15 and I do over 400-500 damage atm

i laughed so hard at people's massive stategies for killing the omega weapon. use cerberus at maxed 'liking' for a quick triple. then have one person use triple aura and then use another single hero war, Now you all have your ulties and are all invincible (for a time). The other person (i use zell) will then fire off a meltdown whilst rinoa and squall use their ulties. don't be tempted to use a triple meteor. it does barely more damage and uses up you magic way too quickly. so ya, great game!
ah yes, the classic. and who said you don't need magic? don't you know what riona's ulti does (the one without angelo and you grow angel wings) it double your magic even if you have 255 magic! it then casts a random offensive spell but doesn't actually use it up. you can build riona with all defensive spells with 100 meoteors. let her use her ulti and watch the carnage, 1 meteor doing over 6k damage each if one of you party members (usally the one who is not squall and rinoa) fires of a meldown.
Grendals aren't the only place to get Dragon Fangs; you can get them from Anacondaurs as a victory prize in Dollet. I think Squall was Level 25 at the time (AP grinding on the beaches of Balamb with Quistis) while Zell and Seifer were ten or below.
Adamantine can be gotten before Deling City, but you have to be level 30+. Go to Dollet after Timber and fight Adamantoise on the beach (use summons). Disable Mug first if you got it, as Adamantine is a Drop, not a Muggable item.
@ChaosoneX Have to edit myself. You get six Dragon FANGS from T-Rexaurs, which are in the Garden Training Center (a really narrow range, though -- they must be levels 20-29). Dragon SKINS, you get from Anacondaur, which you'll need for Zell's Ehrgeiz.
There seems to be a lot of comments regarding the Seifer card recently and I would like to clarify how to obtain him. I believe after you return from Dollet you can go up to the 3rd floor and challenge Cid. He's not a pushover, so be sure to save beforehand.

If your over lvl 20, fight against the T-Rex, he can give 6 dragon fang. It really easy if you have quake in your junction and blizzard type magic in your status or elemental attack.

There's a better way to get the 12 pulse ammos when you enter the dream world make sure diablos knows mug and you can steal them from tha chandelier looking enemies i believe in part 3 of the dream world.

@Mr20kenneth10 Ohhh, you mean the Elastoid, unfortunately to get laser cannons from them you must be over level 30 (as only 30+ Elastoids can be mugged for laser cannons) if you are fighting them 20+ they have a small chance of dropping them as a rare drop though....I think I have played this game to much to know what things drop depending on what level they are.....

Don't mean to spam this video but after watching the video, I think this is something people should know: You can obtain a lot of Elnoyle card at very beginning of the game, by challenging the #2 girl in your class. I tried and won about 8 elnoyle cards from her within ~1 hour.

@Cigaraholic You can get a lot of elnoyle card by challenging against the trepe groupies #1 twice as fast. I got 5 elnoyle in 15 min. He at the cafteria sitting on the chair, he look like he sleeping. But you really need to be careful, even if you have Quistis Zell, Ifrit, and some GF card. He incredibly hard.

There is a guide says that you can obtain an adamantine by defeating x-atm092. Did any one here success to do that? I think it's impossible 'cause I've been trying to get an adamantine from this sucker for week and my attempts were wasted after all.

@trimack17 This one is easy. In the Fire cave, after you defeat Ifrit, fight Bombs and use Quezecotl's "Card" ability to turn at least five of them into cards. They are Level 4 Monster cards with strong Bottom-Right stats, and more than equalize your chances of winning better cards from other players in Balamb Garden.I went after the little boy running laps in the Garden for his Minimog, then Trepie Fan in the back of the Cafeteria for Quistis. It was on after that.

i laughed so hard at people's massive stategies for killing the omega weapon. use cerberus at maxed 'liking' for a quick triple. then have one person use triple aura and then use another single hero war, Now you all have your ulties and are all invincible (for a time). The other person (i use zell) will then fire off a meltdown whilst rinoa and squall use their ulties. don't be tempted to use a triple meteor. it does barely more damage and uses up you magic way too quickly. so ya, great game!

ah yes, the classic. and who said you don't need magic? don't you know what riona's ulti does (the one without angelo and you grow angel wings) it double your magic even if you have 255 magic! it then casts a random offensive spell but doesn't actually use it up. you can build riona with all defensive spells with 100 meoteors. let her use her ulti and watch the carnage, 1 meteor doing over 6k damage each if one of you party members (usally the one who is not squall and rinoa) fires of a meldown.

Grendals aren't the only place to get Dragon Fangs; you can get them from Anacondaurs as a victory prize in Dollet. I think Squall was Level 25 at the time (AP grinding on the beaches of Balamb with Quistis) while Zell and Seifer were ten or below.
Adamantine can be gotten before Deling City, but you have to be level 30+. Go to Dollet after Timber and fight Adamantoise on the beach (use summons). Disable Mug first if you got it, as Adamantine is a Drop, not a Muggable item.

@ChaosoneX Have to edit myself. You get six Dragon FANGS from T-Rexaurs, which are in the Garden Training Center (a really narrow range, though -- they must be levels 20-29). Dragon SKINS, you get from Anacondaur, which you'll need for Zell's Ehrgeiz.

There seems to be a lot of comments regarding the Seifer card recently and I would like to clarify how to obtain him. I believe after you return from Dollet you can go up to the 3rd floor and challenge Cid. He's not a pushover, so be sure to save beforehand.
