@sabrinamars100 No book, no TV show, no comic. It is only a song. The closet thing to a "show" is the live performance of StarDust. Which is just the singer dressed like the woman and singing while she had a cold and fever.

@deichi13 This song is connected. This and 4 other songs are apart of ABYSS (each letter stands for a song) where 'the man in the mask' is searching for his daughter and takes the 5 gives away during the end of the songs.

Abyss is searching for his daughter; and he believes this woman to be his daughter. So when she dies (which is 'as she falls into ruin') along with the gunshot at the end where she's supposedly commiting suicide. Abyss takes her spirit/soul with him to the underworld/hell.
