I am not sure how mentioning the stories of Amr Ibn AlAas,Tariq Bin Ziyad & Salahuddin Ayyubi is stimulating bad thoughts.These were men who fought wars but never attacked innocent people.Infact,this set them apart from other military generals of their times.

This was what charecterised the early Muslim heroes.when Muslims conquered Mecca,the Prophet set his bitter enemies free.His companions did the same.Many years later Saladin did the same following that example.
