Would you say that training legs would be a priority for somebody wishing to get into mma and wrestling..is leg power, strength etc vital for takedowns?
What do you need to squat 600 pounds for? Easy for you to say Dr. Ferguson. I've seen you do a single workout that contained 20 reps with 315, 15 reps with 400 and 3 reps with 500 and we all want to be just ... like ... you!
no it cant fully prevent injuries but it can greatly help after injuries , because your muscles will be stronger giving more stability and taking more strain off your knees.
Every now and then.if they pop there most likely gonna keep popping.Just take fish oil..its good for your heart and your joints , popping or not..it will "lube" them.

mine do too.some peoples do some dont..take something like fish oil to "lube" joints a bit
