@Aaronideoga All Warblers tracks are made by them, Darren Criss and Criss Colfer. Guys who plays them at show (the cute ones) are singers too (they are doing studio back-ups for New Directions tracks) and they are lipsync and dancing for Warblers at the TV show. It was explained that Bubs are too busy to travel across the country for filming the epizodes.

In terms of arrangement, it's profound. Not sure where this came from, inspiration wise. This song stands alone, elevated above the likes of "Rebel Yell" and "Stronger & Fighter".

I concur. I heard this song for the first time just a few weeks ago from a friend. I thought it was just so much more hip-hop rubbish. But, this arrangement is good, and the performance is rather good too. Nice hall. Makes me wish I'd at least applied to Tufts.
