on Metal Gear 2 there's a boss called The Four Horseman (formerly caled Ultrabox) which were 4 elite soldiers tht attacked Snake while riding an elevator

They almost had 1 n Metal Gear 1, but they weren't bosses, it was just a random

So in the Metal Gear Universe, an Ultrabox is wen ur n enclosed room (4 example an elevator) & get ambushed by 4 soldiers

Actually, there is an easy way to kill sniper wolf.

First, head to the very right handside (Where wolf can't see you) at the beginning of the boss fight . Then, use stinger or nikita guided missiles to hit her repeatedly until she dies. I am sure you must find it is very funny to do so cuz you won't even be seen or attacked.
