I love watching these just to see how other people complete the missions, There are so many ways you can do it. I ended up killing the first 2 guys in the elevator and took there keycards. Then I went to the 8'th floor and pulled the fire alarm so the guards would leave the scientist room. Then I used his phone to call that guy in the lounge and he had to go outside to get a signal witch is where I sniped him from the balcony and then escaped with the diamonds!
