That's Gong of the wind, you can get it in paxia, it works best in Aerodu.

It's not a very good pet, If you want a water pet, get dinozard horridus in the dinozard quest with the frogzard hunter.

I just use Damnation V if you don't have one just use a strong dark spell/weapon.

You have to be lvl 75 and the lower ones are a waist of gold.
