i do not think that rhûn and harad should have the culture "followers of melkor" in the game i think that they should have their own culture, so if you want to you can changer their ways and become good ( not evil...)

Mordor is the best theres only 3 ways in letting you stack up troops and just out last everyone!But i havent gone far enough to find out if you can use sauron in the campiagn

@Superincrediboy The Gondorians and the Elves are strong but the Easterlings have dragon scale armour which could repel most arrow, spear, and sword attacks . Also how can you think Gondor is strong when it nearly got owned at Minas Tirith(but I suppose that was because they were outnumbered 100-1).

@Superincrediboy Ha, um no as much as i love Gondor I have to admit the Easterlings have a better trained and more intelligent army . Rhun is based off of Japan's samurai, the Persian empire and the Spartans .Gondor is based off of Rome and the Samurai , Persians and Spartans were alot better.off course it would be better in the game cuz its your match but challenge an opponent online and it would be alot harder.

@MultiKillerBot yes it would be harder online but gondor would have the edge. their swan knoghts are better than all of rhun's cavalry, the dismounted swan knights are better than all of rhuns infantry and the ilithien rangers are better than rhun's archers. i forgot the name but gondors spearmen are also better than rhun's spearmen. so gondor have superior troops in every field.

@Superincrediboy Um dude , the Easterlings Kataphracts are more armored than the men of Amroth horses plus the men of Amroth's armour is only have of thats of Rhun's , cuz the Easterlings use golden bronze armour and shield where the knights use silver steel armor. There spearmen are well trained but Halberdiers are much better than spears and the scimitars are better than the swords. So no Gondor does not have superior troops on the battlefield infact Gondor lost alot of battles to them .

@Superincrediboy Um , no the Ithileen rangers dont wear armour where as almost all of the Easterling archers where heavy bronze armour so the rangers would be killed easily.The Knights of Amroth I admit is the best army of Gondor but their cavalry would easily loose to Halberdiers which the Easterling Halberds are very well crafted . And the Knights of Amroth's phalanx would be no match to the Easterlings's porcupine formations.

@Superincrediboy Overrall Rhun is an empire that should never be taken lightly , whereas Gondor is a kingdom that has only parts of what makes a true empire and their soldiers would only do well with a very good leader , unlike the Easterlings tehy normally dont need leaders for battles as they are very very very very very well trained individually .

@Superincrediboy So sorry but you are wrong and I wasnt talking about the book nor the ,movie neither with the exception of a few things , all i was just clearing up was the armour and the units themselves and all i said was that they were very well trained than Gondor and i dont remember in the book or movie does the easterliings use Kataphracts .Sorry but you are wrong.

The reason why they beat Rhun's units is because you are the player the computer sucks agianst players and dont tell me if you are playing as Rhun you cant beat Gondor cuz that just tells me you dont know how to control the most powerful warriors in Middle Earth.

However when it comes down to it if Gondor is the only human army that can challenge Rhun's easily than thats kinda sad considering theres so many human armies.

Gondorians , Easterlings , Haradrim, men of Dale , Rohirrim , men of Eariador . This is in no particular order and also i do not count the corsiars of umbar as they belong to the Haradrim and the Variags of Khand belongs to the Easterlings . Now do you see my point ?

Absolutely best faction in TATW. They have coolest armors in TATW and just they have a perfect soliders , loke inass rim , loke flag rim , loke nar rim ohohoho. Easterlings rule. MAN OF THE EAST!!!

@MetaVita They did.They were the Germanic tribes in east,central Germany during and before the Roman Empire.They were almost all blond and had blue eyes while they were not a super race like Hitler said but they did exist.
