There was years of hardcore before Ringworm, and if you want to say they are godfathers of hardcore you should get tested for Downs Syndrome. However, I stand by the fact that INTEGRITY and Ringworm (two of my favorite bands who are undeniably HARD AS FUCK), are also arguably the only two cool metalcore bands ever. But I'm talking 90's metalcore, not whatever the fuck you relate it to man

I've seen this guys last week. Excellent riffing, awsome breakdowns, epic solo's and a vocalist whose scream is loud, vocally distorted and perfect as hell. Plus these guys just didn't get tired they played like what... five bis numbers? Excellent hardcore with thrash metal nicely integrated into it.
