Dr. Oz is a blessing to the general public all across the world. over the past year through watching his shows, I now have a drive in me to improve my over all health where ever I can do so. The reason why is the explanation and care he puts behind the improvements he sets before you. You understand things clearly and it makes it hard to ignore certain bad habits after that. I personally love him and am very thankful to have a motivation that never existed before =-)
